Income Tax on Fixed Deposit Interest : Banks are providing Loans with FD money, so for the Finance Growth of the Country, Primary Investment is through FDs. Fixed depositors are actually losing money by 0.8% due to the inflation. So, would be grateful if the Govt. could consider Tax Rebate on FD INTEREST. Eg. : Am retired, but still not a Senior Citizen. At present, am getting Five Lakhs as FD Interest yearly, by depositing my hard earned savings in Private Banks, Nidhis, which are at huge risk compared to Nationalized Banks. Otherwise, I wiil not be able to live, as I need, at present, around Four Lakhs in a year. We are paying VAT / GST for almost all the services / commodities. So, it's taxed already, then what is the need for an additional IT for the FD Interest is what the Government should kindly look at. Would be grateful, if a New Clause for the Interest Income is introduced, by increasing the Taxable Limit from 5 to 10 lakhs, irrespective of the age. Thanking you.

Hi Sir, sub: taxpayers have an insurance policy. 1. For taxpayers, It is advisable to have an automatic insurance policy from the Income Department, like (1 lakh to 5 lakhs). this slabs Depends on Tax Paying amount in annual. this thought come from , my father pays tax regularly, suddenly he met an accident at that we don't have liquid money. 2. No need of decrease of Tax amount.

Problem - In India, a number of retired & older people who have worked all their life and lived with the hope that their children will take care of them, find themselves where the children do not wish or are unable to take care of them. We have all the laws to support them but the real care comes only if their own children take care of them. A win-win scenario is required. Can we bring about a policy whereby neither the children, nor the parents or the GOI loses? Everyone is a winner. Suggestion / Solution - Let the children of the senior citizen parents (who are taxpayers - both children and parents) be allowed to deposit Rs 15 Lacs once every three years in a Fixed deposit and earn an interest rate offered to senior citizens. I will explain this with an example as mentioned in the attached PDF

Linking aadhar with pancard must be with out disruptions and fines .I have submitted my Aadhaar n pancard to bank .it’s not linked because they are insisting on date of birth on aadhar .my Aadhar is linked to passport which is a proof of date of birth .pls see that they are linked and no penalty is levied with deadlines as it is technical and just integration of data .pls see the convenience of public in pandemic 🙏🙏

Ease of doing business for large cimpsnies. Indirect tax proposal (GST) Lot of amendments brought in make matching of input credit mandatory condition to avail credit. Large compsnies, though are compliant need to depend on suppliers compliance to get input credits. Suggested that all supllies to large compsnies be brought under Reverse charge so that there is no revenue leakage and also full credit to upright companiies. This vil ensure huge cash impacts to companies and also bring down litigations drastically. The load on GSTN portal vil also reduce considerably. Regards, Harish .
