Suggestion for provision of a scheme for Senior Citizens not drawing pension in the annual budget 22-23 Since the age old joint family system is breaking down and recent pandemic has aggravated financial crisis / increased medical bills. Financial situation have further worsened specially for those who are not drawing any pension due to reducing rate of interest on bank deposits. In view of the above, in the attached PDF, suggestions have been made for provisioning of a scheme for senior citizens not drawing pension. Kindly consider for the dignity of senior citizen and to covert Worriness to Happiness

I have some suggestion which I think government should focus on: a): They should spend more on development of robot based cyber infrastructure which can early detect the possibility of attack in the initial stage itself and stop damaging more. This should be done by fusion of AI or machine learning. b) There should be a development of ethical AI which will play a crucial role in assessing the implementation of several schemes and policies made by government. 3) Gov should more focus on the education of 3-6 yrs for qualitative outcome as most of the development of mind happens in this age especially in rural sectors

Dear Madam, Please allocate more funds for the Research of Hydrogen Fuel Cells for Heavy Vehicles and Green Hydrogen production Technologies and establishing Infrastructure for Onsite Green Hydrogen production facilities. Please order Truck producing automobile companies to form a conglomerate to research and create Hydrogen Fuel-cell based Heavy Trucks, which can be massively produced by all Ind companies, for the world. This massively reduces our dependence on oil imports.

Dear ma'am, Please encourage spending on Corporate gifts sourced from Self Help Groups (SHG) especially those oriented towards empowerment of women and Rural artisans involved in handicrafts/handlooms by bringing such expenditure under Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) spending. Please encourage packaging companies and courier services to provide concessions to these SHGs and bring these concessions also under CSR Thank you

Dear Sir/Madam, You are requested to introduce a scheme where citizens who are in income tax bracket 10% / 20% / 30% can avail credit against GST paid during purchase when they are filing their IT returns. This will boost both income tax filing by citizens to reduce tax liability and practice of generating formal bills or purchase with GST. This can be achieved by tagging PAN of the customer with purchase bill and can be started with a minimum amount for a bill for purchase. This will boost the morale of tax payers and create a more accountability.

For the budget Exercise for FY 22-23: 1. Remove surcharge on Taxable Income and instead add another tax slab say 35% or 40 %. Surcharge pinches whereas tax at slab rate will not. 2. Treat Dividend income at special rates / reduced rates as in Short and Long Term Capital GAIN. Paying tax at reduced rate will promote greater investment & invested in Share and MF. Paying highest tax on dividend is a deterrent for further investment. Give benefits for staying invested. 3. In Old Tax regime increase Tax slab rates to minimum 5 Lakhs. Share data about Tax Payers opting for old & new regime. 4. Considering Covid situation give Medical Tax relief to minimum 30000 per year. 5 Considering Petrol Prices give enhanced Conveyance rebate. 6 Make Tax laws simple & easy on pockets of honest tax payers for greater compliance and collection. 7 Tax slabs should be revisited considering the inflation for easy compliance. 8 Present Standard Deduction to be increased considering cost for employees.
