Please put initiatives that brings governance to the foot of the people utilizing technology. Examples: 1. A farmer willing to sell his crop should be able to auction his crop online for the best possible price. 2. A common man shouldn't be circling around government offices for legitimate services like 'mutation of purchased properties', getting basic government services, etc... 3. Empower government-owned systems at par with privately owned systems. Eg: BHIM is a great payment platform. But it is damn slow and at par with private apps like phonepay/Gpay/.. 4. Bring transparency to the government services and avoid/prohibit bribery. 5. Be answerable to the people of India not just with budget allocations. But, also introduce how money is spent. Eg: Disclose how every rupee is spent from the allocations of last budget and introduce latest budget. 6. Empower the people of India, especially lower middle class to the very poor, to stand and earn. Freebies going to help.

Digitization in a phased Manner by Charging Income tax on Cash Withdrawal. We need to have 100 percent Digital currency. a. 2022 Jan to 2022 Dec. Cash withdrawal Limits to any companies not to exceed 10 lacs/year. If above it then it should be taxed as per income tax slabs. b. Cash withdrawal to Individuals should not exceed 5 lacs/year. If above it then it should be taxed as per income tax slabs. c. Phase 2: 2023 Jan to 2023 Dec. Cash withdrawal Limits to any companies not to exceed 2 lacs/year. If above it then it should be taxed as per income tax slabs. d. Cash withdrawal to Individuals should not exceed 5 lacs/year. If above it then it should be taxed as per income tax slabs. Advantages: 1. The entire GST fake bills market and illegal sales without bills will come to stop. 2. Income tax frauds is not possible at all for companies or Individuals. 3. All illegal Activities routing of funds will be noted. Slowly Illegal Activities will be reduced to a greater extent.

We should do something for student loans. Student loans are pretty expensive and very difficult to get. The reasons for them being expensive are - absence of Real Estate like lobby and riskiness. I cannot ask you to create a lobby but that is certainly a reason. No one advocates student loans to be cheaper. I can however ask the Gov to put in a system in place for easy disbursement of loans at lower rate of interest than it currently is. With the aadhar like system, it is not difficult to track down any defaulters of loan.

All private schools need to be brought under control and the appointment of properly trained teachers should be done by the government. The teachers get proper monthly salary and all the fees of the students are fixed by the government. So, I request to government please see this educational matter.
