Please privatize indian railways. I mean only the style of working should be privatized, so that office work is taking seriously. The so called gutka gang from bihar who get job in railways by paying money or producing fake certificates are more in number, dont work at all. No knowledge at all. "Bharat maat mujhe kuch nhi aata""main bahut gareeb hun" these dialogue are regularly said by them. And the stress is taken by educated employee who also completes their work. Please privatize Indian Railways ASAP.

Three requests 1) Can we streamline direct donations to cover hospital bills for our colleagues and friends so that the recipient and donor get a tax deduction for the contributions made to cover medical bills 2) For income tax payers as part of the acknowledgement process can we send them a sticker they can display to show that they are filing returns and contributing to taxes. Maybe also publish a list of cities / neighborhoods with the highest percentage of people filing income tax returns? 3)Can you please clarify tax rules for withdrawals from NPS Tier 2 accounts - as it is not clear if these will be treated as capital gains or income?

Govt.should make necessary amendments in Income Tax Act to include COST ACCOUNTANTS for tax audit in India under section 288 of Income Tax ACt 1961. It is now exclusive domain of Chartered Accountants as monopoly in market which causes suffering for assesses. Both CA and CMAs are equally qualified and trained in tax.accounts and company law.So both should be given equal opportunities in development of nation's economy.

Dear Sir, Please impose TAX on free goods included in the invoice, e.g. If purchase 5 Table fan you will get free another fan. Most often these type of deal is known as bonus or schemes. These type deals happens between the company and dealer, super dealer and wholesale dealer , dealer and retailer. Ultimately this is an extra profit in terms of goods and the free item is sold to the end user. High profit margin means high GST on profit but if if it in the form of free goods no GST to be paid. These types of deals are huge in medicine, surprisingly even as high as 1+1 or even higher i.e. you purchase 1 you will get 1 free i.e. 100% GST is averted. Therefor, instead of imposing tax the GST collection will be more if such big holes be plugged. Thanks.

Dear Sir/ Madam This is with respect to 80 C section under IT, I would like to request you to reconsider in increasing the limit from 1,50,000 to 2,50,000 or 3,00,000. As we all are aware that from last 2-3 years the whole world have suffered and been suffering from COVID Pandemic and all our hard earned money had spent on medical expenses. It is to bring to your kind notice that central government have increased fuel rates in fast forward mode and the expenses associated with the increase in petrol /Diesel/Gas rates are sky rocketed like never before. This made us to suffer alot during pandemic time and most people still couldn't able to recover the pain of increasing in price hikes. It is requested your goodness to kindly increase the 80C limit or to add some other Tax exemption section so, that we citizens of India could survive, save some money, spend on goods and pay taxes in the form of GST and cess. I hope you understand the pain of common man.

Income tax rebate for dependents. Income tax cannot be same if I have a family of 4 to feed vs I am a bachelor. There should be rebate of atleast Rs 200000 to cover dependents. This can be limited to immediate family like spouse ; and kids. Also lot of middle class employ maids and domestic help who are paid but that expense is never shown as proof of anything and hence it is important that anyone employing domestic help is treated as an expense to the tune of say 50K. this will help 2 ways by regularizing the income of lot of people which is not accounted ( as domestic help must furnish PAN) also increasing employment opportunities.
