Transparency in approval of Building plan by Dev authorities ; Approval of building plan on line requires NOC from Add Distt magistrate (E) and Nagar Nigam in Regular colonies established long back . There is no SOP or transparent or online system to get it . It may pl be reviewed for dispensing with and made transparent .Applied fir NOC from ADM (E) Meerut and Nagar Nigam Meerut on 12-10-2021for BP approval at MDA Meerut MDA/BP/21-22/0672 submitted on 30-9-21. It is still not issued for reasons undisclosed and not explained . Application for waiver of NOC was also not addressed by authorities . Undoubtedly inordinate delay is deliberate and motivated and bordering on malice .The previous map is already approved by nagar nigam meerut in 1962.In such cases NOC may b dispensed with and waived . The process may be made transparent online to check arbitrariness & harassment of genuine applicants Kindly get it examined and bring policy changes in ensuing Budget

The Income tax exemption limit need to be revised for all sections. The maximum taxpayers are from Metro (Tire 1) or tire 2 Cities . For IT section 80C the maximum limit is Rs 150000. It includes School fees, Insurance policies , PF ,Home loan Principal etc.. This is not practical, illogical and no where matching with actual spent. e.g. average school fees in city for 1st grade is Rs 100000 and home loan principal for average home would be Rs 100000. So there is no scope for other things (e.g. insurance , Suknya Samruddhi etc..) . Recommendation is to remove school fees and home loan Principal from 80C and introduce new section with maximum limit of Rs 100000 each. So we will be able to save our hard money.

I am middle class bhartiya. Before march 2020 my CIBIL was above 850, suddenly lockdown was started & i lost my customer, business rotation money, but i paid all workers money. again little bit business started & due to 2nd wave again business was effected. & now i dont have any money for rotation in business, due to some miss emi my CIBIL came down, Now no bank is ready to give me loan against property. what should we do. This is problem of many middle class business person. Please do needful.
