Investment in the defense sector will equip our troops with the latest technology as well as technologically advanced to defeat any enemy. There should be a budget increase in the agricultural sector as agriculture is the backbone of India. No one can survive without food. Considering the growing population, it is necessary to take a leading step in the field of agriculture. India is an agricultural country.

In the Union Budget, there should be further budgetary increase by the government in the basic sectors of defense, education, health and agriculture. In other areas, it should be a fair amount of budgetary investment. Before Corona's medical care was in a deplorable state, her inclination towards the health sector began to grow. But without that, we can do much more in defense, health, education and agriculture

Restore Old Pension scheme for government employees which was discontinued from 1st January, 2004. From this date, New contributory pension scheme has been going on which is completely a fraud with employees. With this scheme, employees will not be able to survive after retirement. They will have to suicide. All MPs, MLAs etc. get old pension so why contributory pension scheme for employees? Stop this fraud and restore old pension scheme.

Respected Madam, I don't know whether the topic I am going to write is suitable to present in a annual budget. if it is good please please include. Madam, In India at the age 18 one person can get the driving license .But I am sure that at that age no body mentally matured .so they do rash driving, violation of traffic rules , etc. So I humbly request to increase the age to 21 for all persons to get the driving license and increase the to 25 to drive public vehicles , like buses , taxis, lorry's etc. By that time the person become more matured , and responsible. This give a safe driving culture to the citizens. Thanking you, Dr T.S.Sidhardhan.

We sincerely urge you to consider the proposal of raising taxes on tobacco products for the betterment of India .We Urge you to reduce tobacco consumption by making them less affordable and generating huge revenue by raising Excise Duty in the budget. As per the data of GYTS (Global Youth Tobacco Survey) in 2019, nearly one-fifth of the students aged 13-15 have used any form of the tobacco product (smoking, smokeless, and any other form) in their life. The nationwide survey of students revealed that 38 percent of cigarettes, 47 percent of bidi and 52 percent of smokeless tobacco users picked up the habit before their 10th birthday. It means they can easily reach to the tobacco products as one of the reasons is easy affordability of tobacco products due to low taxes. Wish to bring to your notice that Tobacco taxes have not been increased for some time now.

R/Mam, as I am working in a cold storage unit since 1999. But, regret that, we are not enrolled for P.F. contribution, as in this unit we are a total of six member staff are working (falls below 20 staff ) which are not under compulsory to contribute. But, after retirement, how we can survive? .For which I request you to take necessary steps to save our lives after retirement by making compulsory contribution to P.F. by the employee and employer even there is a single staff. Hope you may able to understand my feelings. This a humble request to our Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Sri. Narendra Modi ji Sir and as well as to you Madam Finance Minister of India Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman ji.
