Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav means the festival of completing 75 Years of Independence of the country. As you know that 15th August 1947 was the historic day when our country got freedom from the rule of Britishers.  For this freedom, many Brave freedom Fighters and leaders had sacrificed themselves. So this year, India is celebrating the 75th anniversary of its independence which is being celebrated as Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.  The Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav was started on 12 March 2021 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji on the completion of 91 years of Dandi March. This Mahotsav will continue till 15 August 2023. The aim of celebrating Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav is to create a Vision for India in 2047.  Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav is being celebrated on the basis of five pillars I.e. Tax payers need not be tax consultants. ITR forms shall be drafted carefully and technical jargons and complex words shall be avoided or minimized as possible to make the ITR forms easily understandable. Goal is that maximum people with average literacy level can read, understand and file the Tax return independently without help of Tax consultant.

Only 4% of population pay direct tax from their sweat soaked money and the fruits reaped (be it growth in infrastructure/ health care/ education, etc.) being just enjoyed by rest of the Indian population without paying anything. Respected FM Maam, in continuation of my earlier post dated 06.01.2022 - - for consideration to be included in the forth coming Union Budget - - i would like to emphasize here that THE PROPOSED REQUEST IS INITIALLY FOR THOSE SENIOR CITIZEN SUBSCRIBERS WHO HAVE EXTENDED THEIR PPF ACCOUNTS ( WITH OR WITHOUT FURTHER CONTRIBUTION ), BEYOND THE ORIGINAL MATURITY PERIOD OF 15 YEARS. May kindly consider this proposal at least on an experimental basis, to gauge the Peoples' Financial Discipline ! Thanks and Regards .

महान भारत वर्ष के यशस्वी प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी को मेरा प्रणाम। मैं तहसील-राठ, जिला-हमीरपुर(बुन्देलखण्ड) उत्तर प्रदेश का निवासी हूँ। श्री मान मेरा क्षेत्र हमेशा से सूखाग्रस्त और अतिपिछड़ा रहा है। पिछले विधानसभा चुनाव 2017 में गृहमंत्री श्री अमित शाह जी राठ विधानसभा में चुनाव प्रचार के दौरान आए थे और उन्होंने यहां की जनता के निवेदन पर राठ के लिए नई रेल्वेलाइन देने का वादा किया था जो महोबा से होकर बायां राठ उरई को जानी थी। केंद्र व उत्तर प्रदेश दोनों जगह आपकी सरकार होने के बावजूद रेल्वेलाइन का सपना पूरा नहीं हो सका। न जाने कितनी बार इसके लिए सर्वे भी हो चुका लेकिन अंततः कोई परिणाम नहीं निकला। आपसे निवेदन है कि इस बजट में नई रेल्वे लाइन देकर हमारे सपनों को पूरा करें।

Water Credits - Water Conservation Drive by giving Economic Incentive [On the lines of Carbon Credits] Ministry/Department: Ministry of Jal Shakti The Idea: Just like Carbon Credits, we can develop a program where every household is allocated a number of water gallons usage. Anything the household saves in terms of Water usage can be used to get various govt. incentives or even further access to cheaper water. Background: Water credits have been in discussion for some time and in some water-stressed regions like California, Dr. Newsha Ajami has suggested how water credits can be used to incentivize water conservation and pollution reduction. Implementation: With the Har Ghar Jal scheme, the water credits will become an even more powerful scheme for water conservation. The “Cap and Trade” model is best suited, as elaborated in the PDF.

Sir/Madam, Agri insurance Incase of Small farmers (land holding of 1 to 2 hectares) and Marginal farmers (less than 1 Hectare), agri exp generally will be met by bank loan n their stake. Due to climate change, during the last one decade rain is erratic n not spread over a specified period. At times it is too scanty or too severe resulting in crop loss n plant loss n will lead to hardship. No doubt some of the agri activities including contract farming are covered by agri insurance, but I believe it does not cover entire activities. Sir, I suggest agri insurance may be made compulsory like vehicle insurance to cover agri crop n term loans so that farmers will be protected against change in climate and diseases. Agri insurance should cover bank loans n the expenses by the farmer OR total expenses by the farmer based on the market value of produce. I also suggest insurance premium for small n marginal farmers may be waived n for other category of farmers by themselves.
