This shall be stopped by filtering real beneficiaries from bogus beneficiaries. Employees were cought through pay slip but business men Scot free from Taxes apart from looting government subsidies. To fix the IT defaulter please link all bank accounts under one customer ID and Aadhar and connect to Super Computer for analytical evaluation of income resources. Cats will come out bag..

Honourable Minister my request is for you to go beyond policy formation to encourage development of strategic sectors like manufacturing, defense,cyber crime prevention, innovative startups. There are a lot of citizens with the knowledge and willingness to work for the priority sectors but lack support in terms of incubation, finance and govt guidance. Currently lack of funds and over policing is one of the major factors Indian manufacturing sector not picking up. Your govt has done a fabulus job in terms of policy making but to reap the fruites of the policies you need to go beyond and try to step in the shoes of the entreprenuers, startups with great ideas, products , plans to help remove the bottlenecks. Funding is the number 1 constraint for new businesses in India. Private equity investment is limited and govt funding is non existent even for strategic or priority sectors. This is a high level generic idea but you can get funds available for Indian businesses in priority areas.

PPF ( public provident fund ) Tax exemption cap under savings is 150000 at present. It needs to be doubled . 300000 PF limit raise is very essential during present financial circumstances. Government also needs huge money for Infrastructure development and Covid health combat operations.

Also, improvement of news quality, dependability, reliability & advertisements must be done on DD NEWS so that it becomes viewers' preferred channel. Make DD NEWS completely autonomous & a Hindi channel. All employees at DD must be made accountable. I strongly support the idea of 'DD CONCLAVE'', which should be made before all elections. Also, new, fresh & high TRP drawing programmes should be telecast on DD NATIONAL to be competitive. Convert & rename DD BHARATI to a 24x7 Hindi movies channel with language change option. All relevant sporting events & the ones where India plays should be telecast LIVE on DD SPORTS. DD should buy broadcasting rights. DD SCIENCE must be launched soon too. Namste!, Pension to retired employees is a major recurring expenditure with 2 components: Basic Pension and Dearness (DA) + Medical Allowance. DA is based on CPI. There are millions of Indian Pensioners living abroad, who is not at all dependent on native CPI. So DA need not be Paid to NRI Pensioners. Only they are deserving BP. Only Pensioners living here are affected by CPI. Similarly abroad they need to have medical insurance as applicable. MA is given for living here healthily independent. So those living abroad need not be given any allowances. Govt. can save a lot. I know many retirees Migrating abroad living there, earning there, and their whole Pension unused, and lying in banks here as dead money. At least Allowances component can be recovered and circulated put to boost GDP.

Respected finance minister, 1. Abolish personal income tax 2. Air pollution in our country is becoming a major threat to all citizens. I hope government will find a permanent solution before that for installation of smog towers money should be allocated in budget. 3. Education loan for students should be waived 4. Smart fencing along the borders of neighbouring countries should be done.

Atal Pension Yojana is wonderful pension plan for non government employees and self helf groups.. But it is only ₹5000 per month. It needs to be doubled. Please increase to 10000 by proportional increase of premium contribution.
