Dear Madam, This is regarding flow of black money into real estate in Hyderabad and Telangana.Your govt had brought demonetisation in 2016 to remove the black money. But today if we check the any real estate venture selling plots in Hyderabad, the govt SRO rate is just Rs3000 to 5000 per Square yard at most. But the buyer had pay Rs25000 to Rs30000 per sq yard to the developer. All this money is going into black money. Even a person with legitimate income had to shell out this money which is putting common man and middle class at a great disadvantage. So kindly check this flow of black money and ensure that common man with no black money can buy a plot or house with his hard earned money. Thank You. Also remove the GST on term insurance policies as these offer protection to common man and make the affordable.

Pl consider some more reliefs in taxes for senior citizens, particularly of age 70+.This is highly needed in this hard times of low interest rates as most of them have surviving income from interest on their savings. Moreover, our country does not have any social security system for seniors.Suggestions:1. Expand the income tax slabs 2. Reduce max. Rate to 20% for seniors.
