The expenditure figures do not reflect actual expenditure made towards receipt of goods and services. There should be appropriate balance between expenditure and actual implementation.

The amounts budgeted are often not realistic. Weakness in preparing proper estimates leads to frequent revisions and supplementaries. On the other hand, there are major unspent provisions at the end of the year, hence Unrealistic budget estimates should strictly be avoided.

Respected Authorities, In order to eradicate illegitimate transaction and curb or limit illegal/black money , i would like to suggest to tax cash withdrawals of more than 2 lakh per month. Any access withdrawal of more than 2 lakh would levy tax of 2%. Few big business man wouldn’t appreciate this but this can help solve bigger purpose. This can also help boost confidence of people on the stand of government to eradicate/trying to eradicate black money. Thanks Kandarp

namaste ! to develop our country, we need to promote people pay their taxes. as we all know very less % of citizens pay taxes honestly. we need to come up with few advantages or give benefits to tax payers which will there by attract the people of India to pay taxes, also will keep the honest tax payers motivated. please understand this, we do not mind paying taxes, that's for nation interest, but we are in micro counts and we must be given priority, as we invest in nation's growth. benefits can be of any form - medical insurance, fuel reimbursements, electricity reimbursements, reimbursements on train/ flight tickets please understand, we need to encourage tax filing, we are in very small count, it's gonna help in nation's growth. we are the backbone of economy, we need support from government sir ! Jai hind !!

Your Excellency, It would be best to have some health policy for Farmers who would suffer the work related issues on agricultural land like snake bites or heat stroke due to Sun's heat or flood. In these conditions, it would be best if there is an exemption for treatment taken through Pvt Hospitals. Thank You
