DEAR SIR AND MADAM, I have some requests where I wanted to keep before you. 1. I appreciate the current start-up ecosystem of India, but many start-ups are registering thier start-ups in other countries like Singapore,USA etc.. because, in india registering a start-up in India takes a month which includes 13 steps whereas in Singapore it takes on 2-3 days. 2. In other countries like mentioned above, they give many TAX incentives to attract new start-ups and unicorns. India is lagging in these things. 3. Microfinancing is also important in India to poor people into the main stream and provide employment. So, bloackchain Technology plays an important role. A country like Ethiopia which has 15% of its population in EXTREME POVERTY, has collaborated with a Blockchain Business company - Caradona's Ada. It would be much better if India takes a big step. I have seen this CASE STUDY in youtube where I'll be posting the link below.

My submission is that (1) the income tax threshold limit should be increased to Rs.5 lakhs for general citizens and to Rs.10 lakhs for the senior citizens. (2) Also, my submission is NOT to tax dividends at the hands of the tax-payers; (3) Dividend Distribution Tax system should be reinstated. (4) Also, Long Term Capital Gain should be fully exempt, as in the past. These are all only for easing the filing of the ITRs.

A number of unemployment statistics present a worrisome picture. To address the unemployment scenario government should focus on two issues: 1. Increase allocations to MGNREGA: It helps boost the job scenario in rural areas and provides avenues for enhancing the much needed rural infrastructure. The increase in allocations should be two-fold - to meet the demand for an increase in the number of person-days guaranteed per household and an increase in the number of job cards that could be issued. 2. Initiate an urban wage employment scheme: To address the precarities and vulnerabilities faced by the informal workers. The need for this scheme based on the lines of MGNREGA has also been observed by the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Labour in August 2021. Please use the link below to access the document for more discussion on the same: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ARGivVjTL0fRUYrravOcxEYBW7exqhGi?usp=sharing

Example : Proud Indian management leaders and services to be ambit of DTAA to get more finance for our Indian Brainy's. LIKE: MAKE IN INDIA, MADE IN INDIA and something as "MANAGE BY INDIA" of applicability. Thanks for opportunity. ‘Yashaswi’ is one of leading Third Party Aggregator of implementing Apprenticeship Programme on pan India basis. Related to Apprenticeship Programme we have following suggestions to be incorporated in Budget. 1)The financial incentive presently given to the industry/ establishment. Which is 25% of prescribed stipend of Rs.1500 per month per apprentice. We propose Government should pay Rs.3000 per month per apprentice for MSME Sector. Government can think about not to give financial incentive to the Industry/establishments having turnover of Rs.1000 Crore and more. And the same should diverted to the MSME sector. 2)The Government should consider giving the financial incentive of Rs. 5000/- to the apprentices who will successfully complete his/her apprentice period and who will get the certificate for the same. The said incentive amount should be directly paid to the concern apprentice account. Thanks & Regards For Yashaswi Academy for Skills Vishwesh Kulkarni

Subject- Increase 80C limit under IT act or bring some new avenues to save taxes for salaried class individual. Sir, as everyone know there are very less avenues for salaried class individual to save income taxes. Already common man pay so much taxes right from road tax , toll tax, tax on every essential need too and people don't get equal amount of development..take road /toll tax as a example. So pls increase the limit for investment in 80C of IT act. Also, as you know RBI from time to time issue gold bonds and there is already 8 year lockin in gold bonds so please consider these investment for tax saving purposes. Ultimate purpose is to put a less Burden on existing tax payers. Please focus on widening Tax Base rather than on existing tax payers.

Honourable FM, Please consider below suggestions 1. Standardisation of Working hours for MNC. Most of the employees are working 10+ hours and no Overtime is paid. 2. Job security for the employees who works in private sectors. Employees are sacred of losing their job during unforeseen situations such as recession.. 3. Current Tax slab wouldn’t help middle class population. Please reduce the tax burden. Tax up to 5 lc P.A should be totally free, which is taxable from 2.5 lac whenever it goes ahead of 5 lac.
