TDS Hardships and Remedy https://www.linkedin.com/posts/prakasham-up-83412462_accounting-banks-tax-activity-6844561224257163264-MXHz Full blog is given in the above blog. There is a recurring inconvenience and burden for the income tax payers in terms of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) accounting and corresponding credits in their IT 26AS statements. On so many occasions, TDS is deducted but not remitted by the Payer (So A useful and effective suggestion is submitted to the Tax Authorities and the Government to consider TDR (Tax Deducted on Remittance) in place of or in addition to TDS. That is the payer pays full amount to the payee, directly to the customer or to their banks, the TDS is deducted at the time of Remittance and transferred to Tax credit account by the bank which can be made mandatory. Payment advice should contain the TIN of the payer and PAN of the receiver. The accounting is done immediately. Huge number of transactions, time consuming reconciliation can be saved

Respected PM, FM , India global footprint as supply chain leadership among all merchandise goods and services basket can only be attained vide productive techno functional ecosystem creation and vibrancy of cost effective ease of access to capital mechanism by erasing input cost and bringing core competiveness rather than subsidy regime of high cost input to make goods and services. GST:Energy/Petroleum products must be brought under GST as major cost to manufacturing units in the form of machine ,power and transportation is billed by consumption of energy ,petroleum products and since these products are out of GST purview, inflationary prices due to Excise,VAT,other charges cannot be claimed in ITC as single GST mechanism and dual system orientation and high cost adds to product prices which lessens the competitiveness of manufacturing and profitability as well as export growth . Hence, it is very crucial to bring all products under GST ambit for cohesive and uniform GST mechanism .

Respected PM , FM , RBI Banking & Finance: Post demonetization , UPI digital transaction revolution , Govt. and RBI must make it mandatory for banks to charge on pro-rata basis and must be based on 0.01% per transaction amount value which safeguards the interest of micro enterprises below 50 lac networth who always struggles to meet the required cash flow & end up paying high cost of capital. Banking channel is still a big pain when it comes to financing to msme esp. self employed as 24-48% ROI. Banks are charging heavily for the transactions which is too high considering the high volume money transaction involvement for business current account which adds up to 15-20% of capital transaction compounding cost per annum without any significant value addition and sectoral services benefits per se. Govt. and RBI must focus in this grey area of banking charges which eats a lots of operation profits as adds to woe of dismal financial stability and ever growing demand for working capital .

In macro economics the decision of the government may seem right. A common man sees at micro level. His monthly income. I feel the salaried employee is heavily taxed. Income tax on what he earns GST on what he spends Cess and over heads for adopting digital payment platform. Safer havens of fixed deposit and post office scheme doesn't give him respite from tax burden. What he saves in bank and ppf, vpf, ulip, Even that is taxed on maturity value. So where is the possibility of a common man growing his wealth? Because he is sincere he is paying the price. The return on investment is lesser than the inflation rate. Every govt has milked the common man enough. Please put measures to give some redemption to common man.

instead of imposing taxes on the public, generate ideas to increase government earnings through various means. bring back all black money into our country and develop the country's infrastructure. banks shall be strengthened by easing /simplifying their operations, bank shall reach to the people; understand their needs and help them with soft loans after thorough verification. do not discourage savings by lowering the interest rate on bank saving accounts as investing in mutual funds is very risky and many people have lost their valuable money through mutual funds investment. better provide them solutions and guarantee them safe returns. banking system needs revamp to prevent people like neerav modi, vijay mallya, etc. from committing financial fraud.

we see hospitals/nursing homes are growing day-by-day like beetle shops because people are catching some disease either due to consumption vegetables which are grown with chemical based fertilizers and polluted environment. government shall promote natural farming taking it as a mass movement throughout the country like milk revolution. every farmer shall shift to natural farming. promote more and more Ayurveda hospitals instead of allopathy hospitals, bring people close to the nature. promote people living in the villages to keep desi cows not foreign origin cows and help them to establish the infrastructure and other facilities related to it through agencies/ngo's. this will help them in several ways like free natural fertilizer for the land, cow dung can be used in bio-gas plant which will help in cooking and the will get natural fertilizer also and milk from the cows. promote cow as a sacred mother and not mere as a cattle.

5. Separate Education Ministry de-linking it from HRD Ministry. Education Ministry will look into educational needs where HRD should focus on peoples document like Aadhar, Election, Pan, Passport etc de-linking it from individual ministry. HRD should focus on skill development, census - caste and population and poverty, work life balance. HRD should function as an interface between citizens and other ministry. (People management) 6. More Education & Health funds may be combined 40% of GDP. 7. Simplification of Taxation and deductions moving towards flat deduction without proof. (say ....5% for repairs and maint, 5% for education, 5% medical ............15% flat deduction from income) 8. Removing all food subsidies and DOT for below poverty. 9.
