1. Please increase term deposit rates and do not subsidise credit. 2. A lot of middle class people depend on term deposits, esp senior citizens and it hits them hard. Also, please reduce direct taxation and increase consumption based taxation. 3. Please ensure that welfare state does not mean subsidy in perpetuity. All benefits should only be applicable to the first 2 children. If the welfare burden on the exchequer goes down, the budget will be beneficial to those who earn. 4. There is too much discontent over TDS and Advance Tax. Please find a way to save the salaried.

1. The Tax free income should be equal to the maximum pension payable by Central Government so that a retired person (any level) having pension as only source of income is not taxed. Than it becomes applicable to all Indian nationals holding Aadhar Card. Seniors are currently suffering because of low bank interests. 2. Income tax should be applicable to all persons irrespective of source of income including for ex MPs etc. Also for agriculture

Respected finance minister, I would like to request you to kindly increase the interest rates of fixed deposits, term deposits as they are the main sources to save money of a lower middle class family. As it is going down day by day it has become very hard to run these saving schemes for a Aam Admi. kindly look into it. Thanku

There should be limits on cash in hand. Paper currency is the cost to the nation. Saving cost through smart digital solutions should be utilised by all of us. Responsibly we should act immediately. One of the bamboo based writing and printing paper CPSU is under NCLT liquidation and operations are shut. Just think, before keeping cash with you. The amount of cash withdrawal should be justified.
