This is the time when direct tax should be reduced to below 10% if not zero, with minimum formalities and documentation. most of the taxes goes into administration of taxes, if forms & formalities can be reduced, taxes can be reduced and accordingly, per capita income will increase. These days many corporates and professionals are coming into agriculture. As there is almost no tax on agri income, big part of income generated in India, goes without any tax. If agriculture and real estate can be properly regulated, India will grow big time. Sectors from which, 80% taxes comes, should be regulated and monitored properly without any harassment. Moreover, India should think of adding new avenues in budget including blockchain, data mining.

Government finances have deteriorated due to the disruption caused by covid and tax cuts will only make things worse. If anything, taxpayers should brace for higher taxes in the coming budget. Last year's budget removed the tax exemption to interest earned by contributions of more than Rs 2.5 lakh a year to the Provident Fund. Taxpayers should get ready for more such measures, instead of expecting tax breaks.

Sir, your NDA goverment is working very hard for changes in Labour Reforms.Recently your govt. have changed the labour codes and set a perticular system of wage ceiling and made it compulsary for employees under Employees Provident Fund, which is very much better during superannuation of employees under EPF-95. But sir, Employees those have retired and gets benefit under EPF 95 there pension is very less. An retired employee of group-A worked under Ongc has been getting only Rs-1300/- as a pension under epf 95, which is very less. And for increase of this pension they are fighting since 2015. Sir, My humble request is please sir increase their minimun pension to Rs-7500/- with DA benefits which is only possible by budgetary support .So, sir please take some provisions for this above said issue in the upcoming UNION BUDGET 2022-23.

The RBI has the sole right to issue currency notes except one rupee note which is issued by the Ministry of Finance. Governor of RBI gives promise to pay in currency notes. Crypto currency is illegal tender in India, because only RBI can issue currency in India. There is great risk of public funds in crypto currency. There is no guarantee of public funds. Government should not allow this illegal activities in India. Advise public to stay away from the crypto currency.

For securities / stocks , the long term tax may be reduced to 5% and short term tax to 10 %. An investor invests in stock market at his own risk , so when the entire risk is that of an investor, why he should pay so much tax ? Now the dividend at the hand of recipient is also taxable and the tax slab is 30% . The corporate tax has been reduced by 5 % anticipating that the savings will be passed on by the companies to the end consumers. However, the companies have not done so , instead each and every item in the market has become costlier. Many investors invest in a dividend paying company at least to earn some dividend , now if this dividend is also subjected to 30 % taxation then what remains ? My humble request is to please restore the old policy where Companies used to bear the tax on dividend.

Bhilai is education hub of the State of Chhattisgarh having many engineering colleges, two private medical colleges , one IIT , many other non-technical colleges , many good quality schools and also coaching centres. Many students come Bhilai from far places of Chhattisgarh for education purpose. Bhilai is also having a giant steel plant and many ancillary industries. The Steel Plant is having its own colony where employees are residing. However, many private colonies are also there. The population of Bhilai City is 10.25 Lakhs and the combined population of the twin cities of Bhilai and Durg is 12.25 Lakhs. Bhilai is representative of India as people from entire country are coming and residing in Bhiali. However, due to lack of funds with the State Govt , the city has not developed as compared to other cities. It is high time that this city , particularly the private colony part is included in the Smart City programme of Govt of India.
