Urgent action needed in Income Tax Property TDS 26QB issue: If date of purchase of a property costing more than 50 Lakh, is before 31st May 2024 and date of linking of PAN-Aadhar of seller is after 31st May 2024, the buyers are unnecessarily served notices to pay income tax property TDS 26QB at rate of 20% along with late fee & interest, it should be resolved hence 31st May 2024 date should be extended to avoid huge litigation arising out of this. Territorial Army should be given more importance. Military training should be given to more citizens. UGC's new higher education programs should be funded more. UGC is active in implementing new education policy. Administrative approval should be given expeditiously to matters recommended by UGC in the interest of students. Universities should be funded CTET should also conduct the examination for ITI, Diploma teaching vocational teachers. ITI &NAC + work experience should be appointed as vocational teachers in colleges and schools National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF), role of academic credit bank should be placed in employability matters. Like Territorial army in Army, every department should create opportunity for people to work as volunteers. This will create an opportunity to eliminate tax evasion, corruption and illegal activities with the help of people.People's participation should also be included in all the departmental programs of the central government
