Higher tax participation by higher income groups:
1. Increase the Long term capital gain tax rate to 30% for any incremental gains above 10 crore in a financial year. This will increase tax collection from high income groups and reduce the arbitrage of using LTCG for tax saving.
2. By giving time period of 1-2 years, remove Indexation benefit on sale of land. As most black money is in land, it is also resulting in inflation hedged returns for them for their old investments.
Income inequality bridging:
3. Incentivise the listing of public & pvt companies to stock exchanges so that their income can be distributed to more people. This can be done by increasing the corporate tax rates by 5-7% on pvt and public unlisted companies earning more than 1000cr in any FY.
4. Increase public shareholding limit to 35% for top 2000 companies.
5. Allow buying of direct MF via Post office by collaboration with KRA and MF utility, setting SIP , so that not so tech familiar people can participate

Respected Authorities,
PLEASE SAVE IDEA OF NATURAL JUSTICE:
Buyers of property costing more than 50 Lakh should be allowed to pay property tds (Challan 26 QB) at 1% after linking of aadhar-pan of seller after deed, currently buyers are forced to pay it at 20% from their own pocket after sale deed if they forget to check pan-aadhar status of seller at the time of purchase and unfortunately it was not linked at that time.
Thanks & Regards,

Access to Credit
Simplify loan disbursement processes for MSMEs by leveraging AI-based credit scoring and blockchain for transparency.
Increase credit guarantees and reduce interest rates under schemes like CGTMSE (Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises).Digital Transformation:
Subsidize cloud computing and e-commerce platforms for MSMEs to enhance their global competitiveness.
Provide grants for adopting Industry 4.0 technologies.
Export Promotion
Develop export hubs with dedicated support for MSMEs in logistics, compliance, and market linkages.
By focusing on technology-driven reforms, strict accountability measures, and enhanced citizen participation, India can pave the way for a corruption-free financial and banking system. This will not only boost investor confidence but also ensure the efficient use of public resources, contributing to economic growth and social welfare.
