I Dr. Guinness Madasamy respectfully submit this petition to bring to your attention the critical need for a tailored financial support system specifically designed for the small-scale merchant community.
Small-scale merchants are the backbone of India's retail sector, contributing significantly to employment and economic growth. However, these businesses often face challenges in accessing finance due to stringent collateral requirements, high interest rates, and complex application processes. Existing schemes like the Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana (PMMY), while beneficial, do not entirely address the unique needs of small-scale merchants who are looking to expand or stabilize their operations in a rapidly changing market environment.

Suggest n comment for Budget Finance:-
Section 80U of Income Tax Act, Tax Deduction for Disabled Individuals For a person with 40% to less than 80%, the deduction limit is Rs 75,000. For a person with more than 80% disability, the deduction limit under Section 80U is Rs 1,25,000 in old income tax only.
We suggest and demand that for a person with more 80% disability, the deduction limit under Section 80U to be Rs. 2,50,000/- in both old Income tax and new income tax rules.
my family, including my wife, daughter and son and me, are Deaf

In this budget, the government should also develop the municipal council areas like the district headquarters so that the dream of a developed country can come true... In this budget, Fatehpur (Rajasthan) Central School should be approved so that thousands of students of the area can get the education of the district headquarters. So that education can be provided... the central government should include Fatehpur-Salasar railway line and Fatehpur-Ratangarh railway line in its budget....

Because they had already paid the amount with interest to the government against the pension. They may be exempted from TDS on OPS.
