Employees with education loan must be exempted from paying their contribution Employee Provident Fund. It will be a advantage for lakhs of students and their parents. At a time paying for education loan and PF will affect their continuous studies and their livelihood. Now the present seen is that they have enough money in their PF account but not able to use that money to close their loan. Requesting consideration in this budget.

My suggestion is related to Income Tax. Maximum Tax Rate is 30% and including cess & surcharge (for >50 lakh) it becomes 33%. This high rate encourages persons / companies to evade tax by various unfair means. My suggestion is to reduce maxing Income tax rate @ 1% /year to 25% in next 5 years and remove all cess & surcharges. Old Tax regime may be scrapped, and only new tax regime (with minimal tax exemptions) may be kept. This will greatly simplify the Income Tax calculation and process. Persons / Companies will happily pay 1/4th of their income as tax instead of present 1/3rd income. This will not only encourage people to pay tax honestly, it will increase money in hand to expend in market, which will help economy to grow at faster pace.
Income Tax slabs may also be reduced to three - 5% (> 6 lakh to 12 lakh), 15% (>12 lakh to 24 lakh) & 25% (> 24 lakh) for further simplification and relief to lower income groups.

Middle class has been suffering with high direct and direct taxation. And we are happy to contribute to the development of the country, but we are getting minimal services from the government. We are being sandwich from the rich people and poor people. I would like to request to provide land at discounted rates for the middle class peopleto construct their houses. We couldn’t live a rich life or a poor life. In a small house. we deserve some respect and recognition from the government. That’s why it is my humble prayer that government I think in this direction to provide some relief for the housing of the middle class, thank you.

The Budget should provide for setting up an advanced material, propulsion and control laboratory at IIT Madras for post-graduate studies and research in aerospace engineering. This large lab will augment Indian technological prowess in tandem with ISRO and DRDO.

Major reforms are required on Income Tax, how long will the middle class group keep supporting the government and not get proper services in return. Freebies to other than economically backward groups should be stopped. If the parliament doesn’t function without interruptions, then the salaries and benefits are to be withdrawn. No pensions for any MP or MLA or MLC, they are already super rich, one way or the other. MPs not attending parliament and not giving their services to the nation, should go. Stop giving funds to neighbors who are not with Bharat. Raise the salaries and perks for the Armed Forces, they are our saviors / heroes. Control financial leaks in the system - there are way too many. All major developmental projects should be time bound. They should be incentivized for timely completion and vice-versa.

When govt is serious and taking actions against polution and hazardness, preservation of soil health then Why polythene bags below 50 microns thickness are still being produced and sold out in markets? Why the small retailers are being penalized instead of the producers being the root origin? Can't the govt able to trace out the producers and penalise them and take strict disciplinary action against them? Seems the corruption still going on at upper and lower level! There is a slogan (Kahavat)..Na rahega bass na bajegi bansuri! Strict action and penalty is required against such producers of polythene bags below 50 microns thickness. Govt should stop penalizing the small retailers.

There are future predictions of Internet going to be stopped! This can't be ruled out as there is nothing hidden now that there are many developed countries which do not want India and any developing nation to progress through technology! Indian economy is getting stronger due to the clear vision and action by using the technology! Has India any plan of action which will safeguard our nation, banking, financial system if the Internet get really failed? We all know what can happen if the Internet gets really failed!
