Dear madam
Consider a uniform tax rate for individuals: A flat tax rate could simplify calculations and potentially boost savings. and Rationalize deductions and exemptions: Review existing deductions and exemptions to ensure they are targeted and effective.

Dear FM ji
Sub : Here are some tax-related suggestions for the Union Budget 2025, focusing on simplification, fairness, and economic growth:
Direct Taxes: Simplify the Tax Regime:
Reduce the number of tax slabs: This would make the tax system more user-friendly and reduce compliance burden.

Central Food Corporation products should be marketed in ration shops.
Food subsidy should be provided for products of National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd. Subsidized goods go to people in quality. Ration shops should provide eggs, meat and nutritious small grains.
Ration shops should be advised to sell coconut oil and other local cooking oils to reduce cooking imports. National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd.
(NAFED) branches should be established all over India.
Mandatory subsidized sale in ration shops to encourage domestic edible oil production. Subsidized products available in ration shops should not be included in Consumer Food Price Index
New Consumer Price Index (AL,CL &IW) , CFPI determination method is required.
Industrial workers are very affected by the current system. CPI and CFPI should be determined in a new way so that everyone can understand.
Workers should benefit.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue we have been facing regarding the payment of demand notes and the lack of feedback from the CPC team. Despite raising grievances through the PMO Grievance and Income Tax Grievance portals, our requests are being closed without resolution. For instance, grievance number CBODT/E/2024/0046700 was closed without any solution provided.
Could you please advise on the appropriate steps to escalate this matter? We are seeking guidance on how to address demand notes effectively when support from the CPC team or the Income Tax department is not forthcoming. It feels as though, despite fulfilling our tax obligations, we are encountering significant challenges in resolving these issues, with no updates after numerous requests.
We would greatly appreciate your assistance in this matter and any advice on how to proceed.
I paid twice for a demand note.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent issue.

If women go to work after marriage, their earnings go to the husband's house.
The parents of a middle class poor girl are left with inadequate comfort in their old age. A special scheme should be provided to the girl's parents to get medical facilities and basic needs even after marriage.
Parents of working married women should also arrange for ESIC.A situation where the parents of girls after marriage suffer without income affects the mind & marital life of the women. There is an environment that affects the family structure.
Schemes should be made so that even if women go to work after marriage, their parents continue to benefit. The minimum pension available through EPFO should be fixed at Rs.5000.
EPFO should issue a notification to implement the Supreme Court judgment on pension. For this the government has to provide the amount due to the EPFO.The income limit for ESIC benefit should be raised to ₹31000 & it should be increase every 5 years.
