To revitalize urban infrastructure and secure national water interest, the Government should invite proposals for a Waste-to-Asset land-lease model. By offering stinky, groundwater-polluting oxidation ponds/ ditches to private firms on a 49-year nominal lease, the govt gains modern, zero-cost STPs and high-value property development at zero capex and opex. This eliminates municipal CAPEX/ OPEX, generates recurring revenue via property & other taxes, and ensures 100% wastewater reuse with zero discharge. Using modern technology with minimal sludge and 50-year longevity, developers can convert blighted land into premium real estate. Municipalities get free infrastructure; developers get land for "Water Taap" (Water Treated as a Product) commercialization; the nation secures environmental health. This is a scalable, ESG-compliant solution to the global water crisis. This is a self-funding, decentralized model for a sustainable, water-secure India.

Allow citizens to legally use Railways, Airline APIs to allow students, enthusiastic citizens and professionals to build applications that will improve the lives of citizens. The govt must mandate all state governments too to expose Bus movement, timings via APIs. This will not just help citizens but also help tourists who visit the country. Thank you.

Please stop police verification for passport renewal. This is nothing but a bribe seeking practice and harassment for common citizens. For renewals, the address is validated against proof submitted by the citizen. No additional checks are done by the police other than getting the citizen to visit the police station and be asked unnecessary questions. This is a known corrupt practice across the country and serves no real purpose. I kindly request the government to announce this in the coming budget session. You can have verification if needed for new passport issuance only if required. Thank you.

European Factory Temporary Relocation To India: European factories, facing crippling energy costs and green-mandate pressure, can stay alive and be profitable by temporarily shifting production to India, where power is fairly stable, labour is abundant, and opex is far lower, while retaining full ownership of their business, brands, and ‘future return home’ rights. India can offer a unique “strategic factory relocation” model: move energy-heavy production now, or create a twin-plant with Europe for high-tech work and India for cost-intensive processes, backed by fast-track work visas so core European engineers can run their own factories here. Companies can stop bleeding cash, protect brands, protect jobs partly, and gain access to 1.4-Bn population market, while India gains jobs, skills, and industrial depth, making this a win-win. This is time-critical opportunity. Details explained in my article https://www.pgurus.com/how-an-indian-proposal-can-help-europes-factories-to-survive/

May discuss the Success of NMICPS mission in making Atma Nirbhar Bharat and Technology Economy through Translational research and development by the Technology Innovation Hub at IITs since 2019. As a CEO of IIT Tirupati Technology Innovation Hub I can see that this is not getting the focus it deserves. 3660 Crores allotted has remained mostly unspent or concentrated into a few technology innovations hubs. Now ANRF has taken out a parallel scheme called ATRI aka ANRF Translational Research Innovation Initiative. Here too the word development has been missed out which esteemed PMO will agree that is the game changer in making India a product economy. India is missing something substantial. Parliament may like to get to the bottom of it.
