At present in New Tax Regime there is no separate relief provision to SUPER SENIOR CITIZENS ( SUPER SENIOR TAX payers,) To get benefit of rebatable income of vRs 12 Lacs which is applicable to all , SUPER SENIOR Tax payers need to file annual returns. Because of their OLD AGE they are not well acquainted with all technical requirements for filing returns to get rebatable income benefit , To overcome these difficulties HUMBLE REQUEST is made to make special provision to SUPER SENIOR CITIZENS for TAX EXEMPTION LIMIT of Rs 12 Lacs equivalent to present rebatable income available to them.
Such provision will mitigate their hardships/ pain , hurdles etc of filing returns , and allow them to LIVE WITH EASE, at their fag end of life. BJP Govt vouches for welfare of SUPER SENIOR CITIZENS , and suggested Income Tax Reform specially applicable to SUPER SENIOR CITIZENS , will be additional shining feather in the cap of BJP GOvt
Thanks

Respected madam,
I would like to respectfully bring to your kind attention that many taxpayers who have taken home loans are currently not eligible for certain deductions in the new tax regime. This has placed a significant financial burden on many middle-class families who have invested in housing for long-term stability and shelter.
Owning a home is a fundamental aspiration for many Indians, and the cost of housing remains one of the largest financial commitments for taxpayers. Providing a tax rebate or allowing home loan interest and principal deductions under the new tax regime would greatly ease financial strain and encourage responsible investment in home ownership.
I humbly request the Government to consider offering tax rebates or reinstating home loan related deductions for taxpayers choosing the new tax regime, in order to support middle-class families and promote growth in the housing sector.

Respected madam,
I would like to respectfully bring to your kind attention that the senior citizen concession in railway tickets was discontinued after the COVID-19 pandemic. This decision has adversely affected a large number of senior citizens across the country.
Many senior citizens depend on railways as their primary mode of travel for medical treatment, family visits, and other essential needs. Due to limited income and rising living costs, the absence of fare concessions has become a significant financial burden for them.
I humbly request the concerned authorities to kindly consider restarting the senior citizen concession in train tickets at the earliest. Restoring this facility would greatly support elderly passengers and reflect compassion and respect towards senior citizens who have contributed to the nation throughout their lives.
I sincerely hope that my request will be considered favorably.
