The hardship allowances to all the employees are given to compensate their hardships in difficult areas. The same should be excluded from the ambit of direct taxation across all the regimes.
To avoid any misutilisation by private entities, the same should be subject to a max as being given by the central Govt.
Consider compassionately.

Promote and tax incentives all efforts within India on Tech Sovereignty. For example, all tax exempt all startups who will make products on Tech Sovereignty.

Tax should be on expenditure rather than income. Those who pay income tax end up paying almost 45 to 50% salary in tax. There are indiviaduals who earn a lot but being from irregular source dont oay incime tax, while salaried class keep payi g income as well as GST, road tax on purchase of veh, then road tax again . This need to be streamlined

I am senior citizen aged 75 years with wife of the same age living in Mumbai. Medicine costs, pathology tests, grocery, vegetable and fruit costs are going up every year on one hand but on the other hand our Bank interest earnings are coming down adding to the pain is TDS deducted by bank decreases our cash flow by 12% which we get back only after one year. With Municipality increasing taxes by a whopping 20%, elderly people like us find survival too tough with inadequate cash flows. The middle class with minuscule pension income bear brunt of increasing costs each year. Govt should help the hapless old people with reduction on medicinal and pathology costs from total earnings as well as stop deduction of TDS from bank interest earnings which alleviate lot of pain that old people go through mainly living in metro cities.

Tjere is a need to streamline Income tax. Some one who earns 12lakh pays no tax, however, some one who earns 13 lakh or 14 lakh pays a substantial.amount in tax. Also Allowances of Army peraonal are taxed, in v CPC the exemption limit of allowances specific to military are raised equal to allowance to actually make some sence if allowance also whats the logic of charging tax on Risk and Hazard allowance, its like some one who had risked his life at siachin or any field location where there was risk of life has to pay tax on compensation that he has been paid.

My recommendation to FM is as we all know India is moving towards digitisation, and it has reached now to the grass root level, people have started using UPI & online mode of payment and transfer, However lots of transaction in India is carried out by cash to avoid tax, specially involving middle man in purchase & selling of land, property & many other ways, Why can’t we totally shift to digital currency, and the paper currency after a brief period given to citizens to deposit to banks with amount above 10000 with PAN & Aadhar Card, become pile of papers, This will ensure more circulation of money, more taxpayers, better check on income earning & ensure no fake & black money, It will be difficult initially, However within 6 months once forced upon people will shift even living in rural locations to shift. It will be difficult decisions to take as it will be opposed by law makers as they hold most unaccounted money, However will be a big step towards transparency & accountability

Namaste ji. In NEP, Skilled Trainings and courses are highlighted. Apart from Teachers, Skilled Technicians are most important for vocational Trainings and courses. More salary have been given for Teaching faculties but the salaries for technical experts are very low with less Promotional chances. In all pay commission reports, indicated that the promotions must be followed by their individual performance. But in all Higher Education Institutions, promotion have been decided with internal committees with compromises. Without performance based promotion Teaching, researches and Innovations will not be increased. But our Nation needs more Innovations and researches to strengthen the views of our Honourable PM towards Vikshit Bharat. I request Honourable Finance Minister to make analysis through Academic experts in the above. Jai hind

For senior citizens, social security and medical faciity can be provided by the govt as per tax paid by the individual in their young days.. this will have dual impact.. more people will pay tax.. everybody will know that they will get something in return in their old age for the tax they have paid in the younger age.
