At present in New Tax Regime there is no any special incentive to SENIOR CITIZENS TAX payers , and they are completely neglected in New Tax Regime. To remove this lacuna Humble Request to make provision of DEDUCTION of Minimum Rs 5 Lacs Bank Deposit Interest and Health Insurance premium Rs 50000 from their annual income. Such measure will reduce their tax liability enabling them to spend freely for their consumption and medical expenses . This Tax reform specially pertaining to SUPER SENIOR TAX payers will allow them to live with EASE at their fag end of life.
Thanks

In this budget, special treatment should be given to the senior citizens. I suggest the following
1. No income tax should be levied on the income generated by senior citizens from pension and deposit income.
2. 100% insurance should be available on the deposit held by the senior citizens by the schedule commercial banks
3.No GST should be levied on the health insurance policies.
4.Medicines should be made available at a concessional cost preferably at manufacturing cost.
5 Annual health check up should be extended free of cost or at a concessional cost
Thank you

I am going to share two views on taxation: 1. Govt. need to introduce special system to incurred tax from the business persons. I saw in our areas (Metiaburuj in west bengal) a lot of garments business owners not show thire real income to cut down the tax load, and that's why tax load transferred on us ( salaried employer).
2. There is good initiative from the govt. that adjusting losses from long-term investment in share market with the income in the next financial year. But it would great for us if losses from the short term investment in stock market would also be adjusted with the earnings.

Dear Sir,
We should give pension to all the people who pay tax.. middle class and any other citizen paying tax should be given pension..
There should be cap for rich people as they might not need it but still as a citizen they have right to get it may be cap can be put on that.
pension should be mainly for middle class people to secure their future and give them some financial relief... We have large number of middle class people who silently contributing in economy with lots of hardships

With the introduction of new regime some of the deductions have been scrapped, but I feel that some of them are very genuine in nature and should be continued in new regime also. A humble submissins is as under in the matter.
1. HRA rebate - This rebate is available under old regime but not in new regime. A large chunk of in hand salary is spent in paying rent in large cities, metro cities in particular thus major shrink in income. I feel this is very essential expenditure in nature and it should be continued genuinely in new regime also.
2. This rebate is available under Sec 80D under old regime but not in new regime. Health insurance premiums are getting costlier day by day and I feel rebate should have been continued in new regime also. This rebate though small in nature will give relief to individuals.
Hence my humble request is to honorable PM/FM to consider the above in upcoming Union Budget.

Respected Sir My opinion about tex— Merge almost all taxes in one like toll tax VAT income tax etc. Green/environment tax also. GST 2.0 as base of all e.g
GST.+ Income Tax + CESS
0% +. 0 %. + 5% =5%
5%. +. 5%. + 5% =15%
18%. +. 20%. +. 5% =43%
40% +. 30%. + 5%. =75%
