i have 3 ideas for making it a better state 1. A part of budget for CCTV surveillance atleast in areas where a lot of gathering occur and prone to thefts or road accidents, may start with bigger cities first. 2. Wifi inside trains or atleast boost networks on the tracks by BSNL and if possible other network providers too. As internet rarely work on tracks other than inside a city. 3. more dedicated night surveillance staff may be a suggestion also.

1.Increase Standard deduction to 2 or 3 lakh from 75000 2. Allow more deduction in NPS such as individual contribution upto 1-2 lakh or vastalya scheme 3. Focus should be on diversification ie deal with more country so that US impact can be Lower 4. Consolidate Govt schemes Central as well as state level so that expense and tracking can be reduced and EODB increase 5. Minimize the TDS slabs to 1-2 std slab, 1 for Salaried and 1 for higher bracket same as GST 6. Increase the tax limit further for cases such as HC,SC and focus should be on people who evade more tax via multiple way such as Fake billing, fake invoice etc 7. LTCG should be exempt if earning is upto 2-3 lakh and tax should be more if earning is more such as 1 cr or above should be taxed @15-20%

Short Note: Suggestion for Union Budget 2026 – Vision for a Child Begging–Free Nation Every nation is judged by the standard of living of its people. The presence of children begging on streets reflects poverty, social inequality, and gaps in inclusive development. Making India a child begging–free nation is not only an economic objective but a moral and social responsibility. The Government should ensure basic facilities for vulnerable children, including education, healthcare, nutrition, shelter, and skill development. Rehabilitation through education, vocational training, and family support can bring such children into the mainstream and contribute to national development. Hence, Union Budget 2026 should provide dedicated funds, strengthen child protection laws, expand education and skill programs, support families, and promote awareness against almsgiving. A child begging–free India will uphold national dignity, self-respect, and inclusive growth.

India’s audio equipment market is growing but is highly dependent on imported finished speakers, amplifiers, and processors that involve little or no value addition in India. Equal customs duty and GST treatment for such imports and locally manufactured products puts Indian manufacturers at a disadvantage and discourages domestic investment. Increasing duties on fully built, direct-to-install imports, while keeping lower duties on components and semi-assembled units, would encourage local manufacturing and assembly and push to Make in India. A value-addition-based tax structure can boost employment, reduce import dependence, strengthen MSMEs, and align with Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat goals, supporting a sustainable and competitive domestic audio manufacturing ecosystem.

I believe the Union Budget can strongly support technology and innovation. Investment in digital education, smart classrooms, and online skill-development platforms will help students adapt to emerging technologies. Supporting technology-enabled learning platforms and innovation hubs in colleges can prepare youth for future job markets and contribute to the Digital India mission. Providing funds for smart classrooms, affordable internet access, and practical tech training in colleges will benefit students across the country.

Improve Public Cleanliness Through Privatization and Monitoring: Public places in India require better cleanliness and waste management. Adequate dustbins should be placed on roads and in public areas. Waste collection and sanitation services can be handled by professional private companies, while the government focuses on monitoring, regulation, and accountability to ensure quality service delivery.
