For waste disposal problems compost is good. After compositing, we get solid mass compost.That is humus.It is available in liquid form as humic acid. Why can't we buy Methane gas (natural gas) from Russia and establish Urea production plants all over the Indian States. Why can't we to support farmers by selling the fertiliser products at a reasonable price. We should discuss with Russia & enroute countries to lay the cross country pipelines. It is easy to transport (the gas) thorough pipelines. Farming is the backbone of our country, so every Indian state must be encouraged to establish fertiliser plants. Central government should support this production business irrespective ruling parties in the states. Time lines shall be defined to lay NG pipelines, to establish fertiliser plants and deadlines for stopping fertiliser import. Since pipelines are laid 3-4m below ground level, it is easy to negotiate with any enroute country. Laid pipelines security surveillance is also very easy through satellite.
