Govt should start thinking of shifting India's capital to Nagpur or Due Daman or Mumbai 3 after considering uncontrolled increase in Delhi pollution.
My feelings are that as the day progresses, pollution in Delhi will keep on increasing till the mindset of people staying there changes.
