Dear PM, I have to say that there is many youth like me, who have not that much money to buy and learn skill courses. After graduation our pay scale in private company is same as high school students. I attend a PMKVY course in varanasi but it did not work for me because in 4-5hours student keep talking and no one teach any practical things they give us theoretical knowledge about computer which is not useful for me. And in exam trachers told all answers to students and we all passed in exam. And As like UPI model now whole country using this, kindly upgrade our own operating system in all mobiles as well as laptops for data security. This will give employment to engineers as well as we will become self-sufficient by using BharatOS like Russia and China. And being a girl I am scare by Kolkata incident kindly pass bill for a rapid judiciary. And force media people to broadcast criminals punishment of death as like they brandcast rape incident.
