Honourable Prime Minister, I am working in France as a Project Manager. I observed one thing here which I think we should have in our country too: Increase in minimum Wage for everyone. Here, minimum wage is around 1000 INR per hour. I belong from a upper-middle class family in India and I have seen people who work in cooking &cleaning line suffer for daily needs even after working 9-10 hours a day. As our economy is already better than France, I think we can do something to help our low-income group and decrease income class-gap in India. Making in compulsory for everyone to have a work contract and setting a minimum wage of around 200 INR per hour, would not effect middle class much and would greatly help low-income group. For eg. Right now if we pay 5000 per month for 2 person cooking &cleaning, it will not affect us much paying 10,000 per month, but it will double their monthly income instantly.
