the society should have only two divisions 1) Criminals 2) Law abiding citizens All criminals should be dealt harshly and conclusively. Both Police and Legal system needs to be changed to incorporate this. Then only we can build a place in the country where law abiding citizens feel safe and feel it like there home. Namaste modi ji, Let us claim in every rape case . 1) On the basis of internal investigation, the police cannot say that it was rape or suicide until the postmortem report comes. 2) Time frame should be fixed for speedy investigation . 3) Time limit for expediting trial should be fixed in each bench. 4) An anti-rape commission should be formed like the National Election Commission, who will look into rape cases all over the country for every person, the police will run or the investigation will run under their direction, no political interference will run and the persons at the head of the commission will change periodically.
