श्रीमान जी जब से आपका मन की बात प्रोग्राम शुरू है मैंने अनेकों बार एक ही मुद्दा उठाया है अपने भारत देश में कबाड़ से जुगाड़ मैंने कई बार बल्कि बार-बार बताने की कोशिश की है अपने देश में कुछ बड़े-बड़े आईआईटी में छात्रों के पुराने साइकल और मोटरसाइकिल कबाड़ के जैसे पड़े रहते हैं अगर कोई ऐसी नीति बने जिसमें उन पुराने साइकिल और मोटरसाइकिलों को हम नए आने वाले बच्चों को दे सके या फिर जैसे बिहार में छात्राओं और छात्रों को साईकिल दी जाती है उन्हें यही साइकिलें बना कर दी जाए तो अपने देश का बहुत सारा पैसा बच सकता है और कबाड़ होती चीजें काम में आ सकते हैं अभी हम इलेक्ट्रिक वेल्स के फेरे में आ रहे हैं और अपनी पेट्रोल डीजल की गाड़ियों को कबाड़ में डाल रहे हैं कोई ऐसी टेक्नोलॉजी का आगाज हो जिसमें उनका बार होती हुई गाड़ियों के बदले में हम उन्हें ही इलेक्ट्रिक में बदल सके। मगर मुझे दुख के साथ कहना पड़ रहा है लगभग हर मन की बात में 2018 से उठाता रहा हूं लेकिन इस पर आज तक श्रीमान का ध्यान नहीं गया क्या ध्यान देना ही नहीं चाहते। मैं भी इसी देश का नागरिक हूं। आपसे हम लोगों की सी आशाएं हैं। कृपया ध्यान दें

Dear prime minister, I had read in newspaper the other day about how to government wants people to save water and the gov. Itself is taking actions for saving water by construction of dams but by my point of view the subject we should focus on is how rapidly houses and other buildings are built over rivers hence reducing the water catchment area. Rivers and ponds are often covered and filled with dust for the construction of buildings. The width of river is reduced and the banks are lifted my compiling soil which reduces the area of soil which absorbs water and the ground water table is reduced. The constructions near rivers should be banned by government as it is a severe problem which results in the reduction of ground water level to very low.There are many articles which encourage people to save water by reducing our water consumption but the water which is saturated underneath needs to sucked up my borewell otherwise it will be evaporated by capillary action.
