With regard to enhancement of minimum pension, it is informed that the Employees Pension Scheme 1995 is a self funded scheme with contributions @ 8.33 percent of wages from employer and 1.16 percent of wages by Central Government. All benefits under the scheme is paid out of such accumulations. The fund is valued annually and additional reliefs paid if the position of the fund so permits. Since the year 2000(except 2015), the fund ran into deficit and no additional reliefs could be paid. In spite of this, the Central Government has enhanced minimum pension to Rs. 1000/- p.m. by providing budgetary support keeping the widespread demand in view even though there is no provision in scheme for such budgetary support. Further, as per recommendations made by High Empowered Monitoring Committee constituted by the Government, a proposal increasing the minimum pension under EPS, 1995 from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2000 per month by providing additional budgetary support, was sent to Ministry of Finance

Iam KRISHNAPRASAD, I have an other idea
To provide facilities like beauty parlour, health centre, massage centre, children play area in 24 hour more distance train with a nominal fee structure.. A small beverage and mobile repair shop can be added.. All these increases the total revenue of railway and now many watchmen are free due to over bridge system. They can be re allocate here

My Small request to issue an order to avoid small plastic cover which seen in agarbathi packet, bath soap, etc. Packing of all food grain items in window type papaer covers. Avoid plastic water bottle and increase the use of paper bottles. All schools and hospital should be no plastic area.

Obviously there's no rational behind mandatory replacement of plastic cards like Debit & Credit cards. Why these are changed every 4 years. It's stupidity to replace the cards unless those become unusable due to disfiguring, lost or stolen.
Replacement of each card costs the nation about ₹100. Who are gaining by this trick?
Request you to put an end to such practice immediately allowing only those needing replacement.
How our world famous economists and Bankers & FMs failed to plug the drainage of public money in a brazen way?

Maananeeya Pradhan Mantriji Shrimaan Narendra Modi Ji 🙏🙏🙏🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳l feel you are the best PM India ever had. Kindly stop this ruckus in Parliament by telling the nation there is nothing to hide in Adani case and let BJP not waste the time of the parliament by demanding apology from Sri Rahul Gandhi. The nation would give him the treatment he deserves. Kindly ensure smooth functioning of the house. it's important for the Parliament to show the world how we discuss constructively. It's my personal fervent appeal.
2. Can the Roads and Building ministry employ local mestries in maintaining local roads of gullies and nukkads. There needs to be an institutional set up for maintenance of the local roads by local set up.
3. Before the rainy season can there be alerts in areas as to how much rain would flood the specific localities of our metros and cities. ISRO and NRSC can be roped in for mapping the amount of rain vs topology of places.
Can we start something new?
Jai Hind 🇮🇳

Respected sir, I have two points to be addressed related to environmental issues.
1. The temperature in all cities across the country has risen since summer began.
Due to the summer, most of the water points like lakes, water well will be empty.
Considering the society, we can keep a small water pot near our mohalla for walkers.
We can also keep a small water pot for birds on the terrace. Thus, we can help animals and birds this summer.
2. Marriage season has begun in India, with around 1000 people gathering on the occasion of each marriage. The people
Whoever arranges marriages can make a plan to give one plant to each people who comes for marriage, then tell them to
sapling of that plant in their surroundings and nurturing it. Thus, for each marriage, 1000 plants are grown on earth
and will help to the ecosystem.
Thanks,
Ishwar Sangolli

Of late, a spurt of sudden deaths due to HEART ATTACK OR CARDIAC ARRESTS are being reported from all over the country. Apparently it's a horrific afternath of Covid menace.
Timely application of CPR could have saved many lives but patients are left to die in most of the videos. Many lives are lost due to lack of awareness in mass in the case of food choking the throat also. There's no effort to make the public aware of these simple first aids. Even our First Airmarshal, Chief of Air staff Subrata Mukherjee died in a Tokyo restaurant way back in 1960 as nobody privided Heimlich Maneuver to save his life from food choking.
Request you to:
1. Start a campaign to develop awareness and impart training to all citizens for applying the simple first aid till medical support is available in these cases.
2. Impart mandatory training to all students in CPR & HEIMLICH MANEUVER Techniques so that some lives can be saved from sudden deaths in case of Cardiac arrest & food choking of throats.
