River Ganga and its tributaries releasing more water in Sea due to melting of glaciers and this may be cause of less rain across India.
Department of Atmospheric sciences & Ocean across India needs telecommunication linkage with survey of India & its CORS centres for studying this aspect a lot of research is required. These activities are not vote providing so no one takes interest in it but honorable PM realized importance of Survey of India & allocated a lot of budget for this but third party verification by institutes like Ganga samagra by establishing Ganga Samrgra research unit across all universities of India by establishing telecommunication facilities in Geology/Atmospheric and ocean science departments & its linkage to Survey of India/CORS centres & also its linkage to Prayagraj office of Ganga Samgra will also stream line Honorable PM desire & also will be vote catching for 2024 as it will provide as per deim job to lot.Central Govt will be better take care of court cases.

Respected sir,
Reform Perform and Transform
Happy to know Min of Agriculture is bring out AGROFORESTRY act.
Agroforestry means growing trees with crops, animals etc which is subject of agriculture. Good Cabinet secretariat had made agroforestry as mandate of Min of Agri in 2017.
Min of environment has to start conservation of our native endangered tree species. They should not restrict Tree growing farmers in the name of Reserved tree, Schduled tree....
Please do the needful bring the AGROFORESTRY act at the earlist and DE-LINK forest dept from farmers.
I am planning to start a value addition industry for FARM woods to export.
Thanking you

Honrable PM may also encourage Universities along river Ganga,Yamuna&other nearby state rivers to create Ganga Samgra research units in their department of geology&atmospheric&Ocean science department and setup telecommunication facility to join it with CORS centres of Survey of India for region specific research for example what fishes remove pollutant maximally from Ganga ji in Prayagraj by Geology &Atmospheric&Ocean science departments/or role of burnt logwood charcoal in improving water quality of Ganga Ji as even now Bodies are burnt near Ganga ji & charcoal is discharged in it.These 2 departments can coordinate with Sri Ramashish Ji of Ganga Samrag & survey of India CORS centres for digging of cost along Ganga Ji.This has actually created a parallel artificial stream along Ganga Ji beyond cities & can be utilized to diverts strems/nala into it making entry points of these to main river best places for pollution control as no political party is interested in these types of jobs.

Honorable PM is requested to emphasize regarding only 8% of Ganges water is coming through glaciers and remaining is contributed by tributaries of other rivers/streams/rain but as rejuvenating tributaries is not vote catching so except nationalist party no other political party even think about it.Central government efforts/budget regarding this are focused on survey of India mapping river Ganga and STP&awareness directed to school & Colleges.Free electricity party advocates challenging pollution control aspect for political gain.Central government may ask Haryana Govt to file case in supreme court for early starting of Sutlej Yamuna link canal to boost water in Yamuna/Ganga & fast tract rejuvenation of saraswati by changing direction of streams/Nalas to river Saraswati base way as this be biggest vote catching for 2024 election&rejuvenate Ganga Ji.Emphasis on pollution is misplaced as fast flow of Ganga ji result in impurities settling down and Fishes removing remaining pollutants.
