Lack of scavenging and capnography monitoring in anesthesia workstation in Indian Hospitals - Every year in India lot of Operation theater are polluted with expired anesthetic gases of the patients. This will in-turn adversely affect the doctors as well as the technicians health in OT for long run. Implementation of scavenging system in anesthesia workstation can avoid this. Secondly lack of capnography monitoring during anesthesia - Lot of patients have problem with misplacement of Endo tracheal tube in the esophagus and the post operative effects due to it. By using a capnography monitoring devices the problems lead to the misplacement, ventilator malfunctioning, patient co2 analysis everything can be identified at a much earlier state and save the patients

Sir, I had just seen in the News channel today that a person was lynched due to the rumours of carrying beef meat.... Human lives are very precious, we are the most civilized country in the world.. We have the law on the land but hurts to notice some of them taking the law in their own hand... Have no words to describe after seeing the disturbing video in the news... really it's a very painful video sir ... This creates a sense of insecurity in common person, whoever may be whether its a Hindu / Muslim / Sikh / Jew / Christian or any other person... The faith in Judiciary , Law & Enforcement agencies have to be safeguarded and protected at any cost, these incidents should never occur , it creates disharmony in the societies... Dear Sir, We are very glad to work under fully digitalized working model for companies and LLPs under MCA portal. New MCA V3, is well appreciated model, wherein all compliances are companies, Directors are integrated with all relevant departments. However we are facing tremendous issues in updating details of companies and Directors, every where problems, no tickets have been resolved, months together it is kept as open. The basic element of "Mail ID" is kept as Static element and I could not change my mail ID, which was associated with my ex-Company. Now working with new company and MCA portal is not allowing to creating new mail id, since my PAN is associated with Ex company. Similarly so many issues, our colleagues and other stake holders are facing without any solution. "Vanishing Story Tellers" Dear Prime Minister sir, Namaskara I am a student studying Degree and I feel the importance of "stories".The stories that a child listens through his mother and grand mother sleeping on their laps during childhood I could not listen to so many such stories which include moral values and my responsibilities towards society as from my grandmother to my mother my grandmother used to tell me stories but my mother did not knew stories at all to tell me during my childhood now my grandmother is no more and her stories too have gone along with her and the rich tradition of stories in my country too is vanishing slowly it makes me sad dear Prime Minister sir can you please request in Man ki Baat about this issue of "vanishing story tellers" and the need to document them,and if you can also suggest some app creators or MeITy to create an app and urge my fellow Indians to record and upload the audios or videos of their grand parents telling stories Vishnu Teertha

Govt should make these social targets to be implemented fast: 1. 100 % nutrition and unadulterated foods for all people, even 100% anemic free country 2. 100% drainage connectivity and 100% sanitation either solid and liquids waste management. 3. 100% slum free and all weather houses to all families. 4. 100% school and college up to 12th class to be made mandatory or even ITI or Diploma or any field 5. 100% Govt schools and hospitals all round development 6. 100% Development of 30% poor of these country only schemes for them only 7. 100% Direct transfer no middle man of all schemes. 8. 100% special programs to develop women, children disabled, third gender and elderly and destitute 9. 100% Mother and child health up to 5 years in pre and post pregnancy's care. 10. 100% fortified food through pds system 11. 100% employment creation for all people eligible 12. 100% free diagnostics and generic medicines availability and reduced hospital costs
