Dear Modiji : I believe the rules are always made to break i think so, recently we heard one rule About Gas Cylinder that is "No Extra Amount or Commission to be paid to the person who gives us Cylinder. Right?" actually this rule will only apply to those who is resided in Ground floor because if He/She is resided in first or 2nd floor or upper than that, the person will take the service charges of nearly 70 rs to 100 rs it depends of how many floors he climb, if we refuse to give he says directly that come down take your cylinder near the vehicle where the cylinders are so for this problem now giving extra which is called commission has purposefully become the habit, can this problem will be resolved sir?

India lacks in chip manufacturing.Production-Presently India lacks the high grade production facilities required for large scale chip manufacturing. Water supply-Semiconductor manufacturing consumes large quantities of water for a variety of purposes ranging from equipment cooling to wafer surface cleaning. India lacks such a facility presently.India doesn't have any fabs, or semiconductor fabrication plants, which manufacture chips. India should establish fab manufacturing industries.

Withdrawing industries support after witnessing environmental pollution or disastrous incidents is not sustainable development. Encouraging establishment of industries, managing HSE threats through effective performance monitoring and controlling the hazards are called sustainability, by following this principle it is win- win for both management and nation. Rewarding the best HSE performances and reprimanding violations issuing warning letters, levying penalties & issuing stop work/operation notices until the HSE violations are rectified are good governance measures. If crude oil leaked outside the plant premises and affected the society, government need to estimate the losses to claim from the company. Government can engage authorised surveyors/ consultants for this purpose. Whenever any investigation agency (CBI / ACB / ED etc) issues Notices to the political leaders for investigation of certain allegations, to attend on a specific day, our political leaders are habituated to state as below, on flimsy grounds. I am busy with other engagements and hence not able to attend on the date as you called. I cannot attend on the date specified and will attend on a later date. Please given me ____days time to attend your office. Is it officially allowed as per Acts. Is our Investigating agencies are bound to function as per the wishes of the leaders who are facing allegations and involved in serious offences..... Of course, in certain cases like serious ill ness, deaths in the family or any such most reasonable cases, can be allowed. But, our present political leaders are habituated to dictate terms to the Investigation agencies. Most unfortunate. Can it be called a real / true investigation, in our democracy
