I wish to bring to your kind attention the remarkable contribution of Shri R.K. Govindrajan, a retired Assistant Director of Programmes from All India Radio and Doordarshan, and a highly respected musician, composer, and cultural guide. Throughout his distinguished career, he has devoted himself to the promotion of Tamil language, Indian classical music, and devotional traditions, thereby enriching our nation’s cultural heritage. Of special significance is his initiative, “Jeevan Sangeet Shiksha Abhiyan,” through which he has inspired many children and youth to embrace Indian values, ethics, and spirituality through music. His mission aligns beautifully with the teachings of great visionaries like Mahakavi Subramania Bharathi, whose immortal poem “Odi Vilayadu Pappa” (“Run and play, child”) encourages children to be active, honest, kind, and wise.

Respected PM sir, India can significantly reduce its fertilizer imports from China by strengthening domestic production under the Make in India initiative. Modernize existing plants: Upgrade older urea and DAP (Di-Ammonium Phosphate) units with energy-efficient technologies. Invest in specialty fertilizers: India heavily relies on China for niche fertilizers like water-soluble and micronutrient blends. Domestic R&D and pilot plants can fill this gap. Build new plants: Encourage private and public sector investment in new fertilizer units, especially in states with high agricultural output. Global mining partnerships: India lacks domestic reserves of phosphate and potash. Strategic tie-ups with countries like Morocco (phosphate) and Belarus (potash) can ensure raw material supply. PLI Scheme for fertilizers: Extend Production Linked Incentives to fertilizer manufacturing, especially for specialty and green fertilizers.

When an industry becomes bankrupt and unable to pay the interest for a barrowed amount, the landers from a committee appoint a new management team & board of directors for the sick industry to recover their dues. This is the logic of all financial institutions. What kind of measures the Union government shall follow if any State government is unable to pay interest for the barrowed amount and becomes an issue?. We expect some code of practice that needs to be framed and communicated to all the State governments.

Honourable PM Sir There should be a state level exam for jobs because girls have to go to far away centres many times/ Boys can manage it. Jobs should be given as per state level ranking, this will save administrative time and government expenditure will also be reduced. Jobs will also be available quickly. Unemployment can also be reduced quickly. Exams should be declared twice in a year for a better way.
