Respected Prime Minister ji,
India faces countless road accidents each year. Despite strict laws, reckless driving continues. I believe we can change this by rewarding good drivers instead of only punishing bad ones.
I propose a Good Driver Program where citizens voluntarily take a yearly pledge to drive responsibly and follow traffic rules. Participants receive a Good Driver Sticker — a mark of civic pride. Drivers with this badge can earn small rewards like toll or fuel discounts for maintaining clean driving records.
If a driver violates rules or misbehaves, part of their reward is deducted, and citizens who submit verified video proof receive a small share. This builds community participation, shared accountability, and encourages everyone to support safer roads.
Rewarding discipline will make safe driving a matter of pride, not fear — creating a culture of respect, responsibility, and civic honor on India’s roads, inspiring future generations to follow.
Respectfully,
Samir

AI Overview
The image shows a message from a user on a social media platform, likely in response to a question on the television show Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC). The user is disputing a question about Andhra Pradesh having three capital cities.
Here are some facts related to the topic:
Andhra Pradesh and its capitals: In 2020, the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly passed the Andhra Pradesh Decentralisation and Inclusive Development of All Regions Act, 2020, which proposed three capitals for the state:
Amaravati: The legislative capital.
Visakhapatnam: The executive capital.
Kurnool: The judicial capital.
Legal challenges: This legislation faced multiple legal challenges. In March 2022, the Andhra Pradesh High Court ruled that the state legislature lacked the competence to pass such a law and directed the government to develop Amaravati as the capital.
Current status: As of late 2022, the state government withdrew the three-capitals
Second time KBC may be Bribed by Ex CM insulting M

I am a 72-year-old citizen living in Mumbai who is thinking about the progress of India. Currently, the Indian mesaaging app Arattai is being discussed in full swing. To make this mesaaging app Arattai popular among the people, please mention the befits of this app in your Mann Ki Baat program. Many people in India listen to Vivadh Bharati, and if this messaging app Arattai is constantly mentioned in its programs, I think a large number of patriots will start using it. Yours sincerely,
Shripad Kale
