sir, We have noticed caste conflicts to get reservation in govt jobs, public view is it's a lottery, please align with country objective. do not allow government employee to study in private school, or medical treatment in private hospitals.Make it mandatory rural service or reduction in salary, in case where it's possible. reserved category selected employee should give back their community by extra 8 hrs a month volunteer work. this will improve condition of reserved category population.
