It is disheartening to observe that despite existing regulations and judicial directives, individuals are routinely and freely disturbing the peace and quality of life of other citizens by detonating these excessively loud fireworks. The impact of this unchecked noise pollution is severe and multifaceted I implore the Central Government to take immediate and decisive action, Strengthen Enforcement Mechanisms, Impose a National Ban on High-Decibel Fireworks The government has the moral duty to protect its citizens from this environmental terrorism. I urge you to treat this matter with utmost seriousness

The frequent delays by MoD concerning import of critical defence equipment merits a deep and urgent study of the entire system. The recent rejection by the MoD regarding the application by the IAF for 114 more Rafales shows that there are lacunae in the system. Such delays do enormous harm to the nation's forces and provoke thoughts about the intentions of concerned officials. Surely there could have been better coordination between the concerned parties!

This measure is essential to protect the health and well-being of citizens, especially the elderly, children, and those with sensitive hearing. The excessive noise generated by high-decibel fireworks can have severe health consequences, including hearing loss, stress, anxiety & sleep disturbances. These effects can have a significant impact on individual’s quality of life & overall health Additionally, the loud noise from fireworks can frighten animals, leading to distress & potential harm. Diwali celebration should not come at the cost of public health & the welfare of animals I urge you to immediately implement a ban on high-decibel noise-making fireworks during Diwali Rohi

Incentivize fiber deployment through public-private partnerships, especially in Tier 2 and rural areas. Expand PLI schemes for telecom gear, semiconductors, and Open RAN components. Encourage startups and MSMEs to build indigenous 5G radios, core networks, and edge devices. Enable smart factories, logistics, and ports with localized 5G.Simplify licensing for enterprises to set up private 5G networks. Shipbuilding yards, cold chain logistics, and defense corridors can be early adopters. Enforce zero-trust architecture and indigenous encryption standards.

आदरणीय श्री मान जी वैसे तो अक्टूबर मे बहुत से दिवस राष्ट्रीय -अन्तराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर आयोजित हुआ करते है ।लेकिन मे मन कि बात मे इंटरनेट दिवस के सदर्न मे कहना चाहता हूँ की पहले मानव जीवन कि तीन मूलभूत जरूरते रोटी कपडा ओर मकान हुआ करती थी लेकिन आज उनसे भी बढकर आधुनिक शैली वालो के लिए इन्टरनेट महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा बन गया है। एक बार तो बिना खाने के आम आदमी रह सकता है लेकिन इन्टरनेट के बिना नही रह सकता आज की हर गतिविधियों का संचार नेट सेवा से ही संभव होता है आज हर कार्य के सत्यापन का आधार भी OTP बन गया हे यहाँ तक कि अपने जीवित रहने का प्रमाण भी KYC से ही संभव हे माना संचार कम्पनियों का एक टाइम का निवेश है लेकिन सविस के नाम पर बहुत बडी रकम जनता से ली जाती है जो कभी कभी आमजन के लिए (आर्थिक परिस्थितियों के कारण रिचार्ज नही होने से ) बहुत सी समस्याऔ को उत्पन करती है इंटरनेट के लिए सिम चालू रहना आवश्यक होता है इसलिए मेरा अनुरोध है कि सिम चालू रखने के लिए एक छोटा मासिक रिचार्ज (सभी कम्पनी के लिए अनिवार्य )लागू करे जो आमजन के मासिक बजट को न बिगाड़े इससे सभी को राहत मिलेगी
