dear sir
We, senior citizens are saving our hard earned deposits in post offices so that our money is safe with reasonable rate of interest. But their service is not satisfactory. We are not getting atm cards after their expired date. We are roaming around p o since last 6 months to get renewed atm card, which should have come in time to our address. now, we are facing severe problem to withdraw our money, by going to the far flung P O. when we go, p o says they don't have cash to give to us. when we ask about renewed atm card, they say, they followed up with their high office, and we have to wait further. please consider our age to go around them for our money. if we have atm card, we can withdraw from our nearest atm. this is very simple basic service, p o fail to give us at our advanced age problem. please instruct your ministry concerned to issue the renewed atm cards to us immediately, without making us to wait indefinitely. We thank u for this act of your kindness.
