THE DHARMA OF LEARNING: A MANIFESTO FOR INNER INTEGRITY IN A CLASSROOM WHERE HONESTY DEPENDS ON SURVEILLANCE, WE HAVE NOT TAUGHT ETHICS-WE HAVE TAUGHT FEAR. WHEN CHILDREN CHEAT UNSEEN, IT IS NOT THEIR FAILURE ALONE; IT IS THE ECHO OF A SYSTEM THAT REWARDS OBEDIENCE, BUT FORGETS TO KINDLE CONSCIENCE. CAMERAS MAY RECORD DISHONESTY. INVIGILATORS MAY CATCH THE ACT. BUT WHO WILL NURTURE THE SOUL THAT CHOOSES TRUTH WHEN NO ONE IS WATCHING? LET US BUILD SANCTUARIES OF TRUST, WHERE LEARNING IS NOT A PERFORMANCE, BUT A PILGRIMAGE. WHERE THE CURRICULUM INCLUDES SILENCE, REFLECTION, AND THE COURAGE TO SAY, "I CHOOSE HONESTY BECAUSE IT IS WHO I AM." LET THE BANYAN TREE BE OUR CLASSROOM. LET THE WITNESS BE THE INNER LIGHT. LET DHARMA-NOT DISCIPLINE-BE OUR GUIDE.

Namaskar Hon’ble Prime Minister, I am Rathva Lilaben from Navanagar Kanpur, Ghoghamba, Panchmahal (Gujarat). I strongly believe that true development of our nation begins with the development of our villages. Today’s youth have the power of technology and innovation. If we use these strengths in rural development—through digital education, self-employment, clean energy, and startups— our villages can become self-reliant and prosperous. In my area, I encourage young people to learn computer skills and take part in skill development programs. I am confident that together we can achieve the dream of a “Developed India.” Thank you 🙏 – Rathva Lilaben, Navanagar Kanpur, Panchmahal (Gujarat)

AI isn’t the future—it’s already here, changing how we live, work, and create. But most people don’t know how to use it effectively. That’s where prompt engineering comes in: teaching you how to talk to AI and get the best results. From students learning faster, entrepreneurs growing businesses, to farmers planning better, AI skills can empower everyone. India can lead the way by including AI in schools, offering online courses, mobile labs, workshops, and tools in local languages. The government and startups can work together to make AI accessible to all. Learning AI isn’t just a tech skill—it’s a superpower. My gov app should include skill development that teaches how to use AI. And also it should be pushed by newspaper, social media and make the MyGov app AI powered

Respected Prime Minister, I am a common citizen from Birni Block, Giridih District, Jharkhand. I want to share the real situation of our area. People here are hard-working but still face many basic problems in education, health, farming, and employment. Many small farmers want to grow and sell our vegetables in other states and even in other countries. But we don’t get proper information, support, or guidance from any government body. Due to this, our vegetables often remain unsold in the local market, get rotten, and we face financial loss. Regular follow-up and active help from the concerned departments are missing. I request you to kindly instruct the Export Promotion Councils and other government organisations to support small farmers directly — from giving us export knowledge to helping us connect with buyers and transport systems. If the government helps us step by step, small farmers like me can also grow, earn more, and contribute to the nation’s economy. Deo Kumar, Giridih
