Dear sir, When a rape case occurs in any state, the media and the public often create a trend and strike .However, after a few days, everything returns to normal. This may be the fault of the people, society, or government rules. We should create stronger laws to address this issue. Perhaps different mindset is needed, one that moves beyond thinking "l'm safe., why should L care about others? "

Respected PM First of all, I am proud that My Gov has vision for inviting innovative ideas. Clean, Green, Efficient, Sustainable & Smart Water ways Mobility through river ways is need of hour to overcome road congestions. It is ideal time to deploy cutting-edge green technology and efficient design for fast, accident free, safe, environmental-friendly and sustainable mobility with 12- 30 Passenger innovative Fully electric hydro-foiling water shuttle offering high speed of 27 knots resulting in frequent departures with reduced waiting time for passengers. For Water Ways unlike roadways construction period is zero. The biggest saving is accidental loss (Rs 7.00 Lakhs per KM- as per IWAI norms), saving in fuel and earning in Carbon Foot Print shall be a new avenue for water ways passenger travel – which is also a green initiative and can be commenced with no gestation period for Water ambulance & courier services and VIP movement more effectively. My son,Soham Roy, is a Statistician obtained his Post Graduation from Banarad Hindu University. He applied Passport in TATKAL mode on 17/08/2025, PSK Kolkata GRANTED the same on 19/08/2025 and sent the file to local Police stn for pvr. Now till to date the PVR is not sent to RPO,Kolkata for issuing passport. The inordinate delay of PVR transmission is a common phenomena which yields trouble for the applicant for proceeding career progression. My son applied Passport for proceeding academic pursuits. My appeal to our respected PM to smooth or change this kind of system for the betterment national scholars of our country. Our Diwali Pronam to our respected PM. With regards, Nachiketa Roy
