I am a lawyer, with a specific focus on policy, and I wish to discuss a policy proposal focusing on property tax reform. I would like to propose amendments to land policy that would simultaneously make tax collection easier and steadier for the government, as well as provide a boost to the construction industry of Ahmedabad ahead of the Commonwealth Games.
