As a dedicated central government employee, I urge the immediate constitution of the 8th Pay Commission, approved in January 2025, and the announcement of its panel members. This will ensure timely implementation from January 2026, providing relief amid rising inflation. I also request Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji to kindly announce this in the upcoming Mann Ki Baat, inspiring millions of employees and pensioners.

புதிய திருக்குறள்/ New Thirukkural துறை அறிதல்/Sector knowledge பொருள்/ meaning 2) எந்த ஒரு செயலையும் திட்டமிட்டு, அதைச்செய்து, செய்ததைச்சரிபார்த்து பின் அச்செய்கையின் பிழைகளை ஆராய்ந்து பின்னர் அப்பிழைகளை சரி செய்து செயல்படுத்தும் துறை முன்னேறி  நீடூடி வாழும் 2) A sector that plans any action, executes it, reviews what has been done, analyses the errors in that action, and then corrects those errors and implements them shall prosper and live long.
