We have so many kilometers of highways and railways, which were constructed with crores of rupees of expenditure. Hence, We have to get income from these national highways. It is better to give lease these national high ways , to private companies to install solar panels and small wind mills, along both sides of these national high ways, so that the Government can get extra income from the private firms. The solar panels needs maintenance i.e.cleaning every week with water for better efficiency. Further we are planting trees on both sides of these national highways which needs water to grow. Hence we can supply same water to the trees, after cleaning the solar panels. thank you sir,

To,
Prime Minister
1. *Freedom to Sell Property*: Removing restrictions on SC/ST individuals selling their properties could empower them economically by allowing them to utilize their assets more freely.
2. *Solar Panels on Government Offices*: Installing solar panels would reduce energy consumption and promote sustainability, setting an example for the private sector.
3. *Utilizing Vacant Government Land*: Developing vacant land into shops could generate revenue and create economic opportunities.
4. *Premium Location Development*: Developing premium locations into shops could boost local economies and create jobs.
5. *Optimizing Vacant Land*: Land in front of umaid bhawan palace jodhpur which is very prime location land is vacant in my knowledge this land belongs to income tax department land this land can be better used for generating great revenue to government of India and rental could further generate revenue and promote economic activity.
6. *Economic-Based Reservation*

Bharat......... “The development dilemma”
“A Strategic Initiative for National Development”
This book offers one of the most comprehensive and research-driven explorations of India’s
economic journey to date. It critically examines the country’s structural challenges and presents
innovative, actionable policy recommendations. Targeted at policymakers, economists,
academics, and informed readers, the book bridges essential knowledge gaps while advocating
for bold, often unconventional reforms to support India’s ambition of becoming a leading
global economic power.
India, now the world’s fifth-largest economy by nominal GDP and third-largest by purchasing
power parity (PPP), has a complex and evolving economic structure. It comprises a large
agricultural base, a steadily growing industrial sector, and a dominant services sector.

Respected Prime Minister Modi ji,
With reference to Mann Ki Baat, I wish to humbly share my opinion. Many citizens are eager to contribute towards the service of our nation but often lack proper avenues to do so. In my view, every individual can serve the nation by extending help to at least one needy person, refraining from littering, and ensuring that waste is disposed of responsibly in dustbins. These simple yet meaningful actions reflect our basic civic duties and contribute to the nation’s progress. I kindly request you to consider highlighting this thought in Mann Ki Baat.
With utmost respect and regards,
CS Adv. Akash Aggarwal
