I want to suggest that Mann Ki Baat highlight women’s health and mental wellbeing, especially the silent struggles of infertility and pregnancy loss.
Many women and couples face this quietly, carrying pain that society rarely acknowledges. As someone who has lived through it, I know how isolating it feels. Healing needs empathy, not silence.
IVF, IUI, surrogacy, and adoption are not taboos — they are acts of courage and hope. When we speak about them openly, we replace shame with understanding and give strength to others to seek help without fear.
True Nari Shakti is not only in achievement, but also in resilience, in healing, and in supporting one another.
