Respected Dear PM ji, This suggestion is regarding the health insurance sector, New regulations need to be monitored at the end user - customer level. Many health insurance policies are sold and the product is closed when going for renewal , stating new policies are introduced. But they take advantage by issuing the new policy and asking again for a 2 year waiting period, for senior citizens, even when the policy is held for more than 2 years. IRDA can take make the regulations very clear when they are approving the new health insurance schemes.

Dear Sir, We need an all India action plan for waste management. Currently, waste management is left to municipal authorities who lack the skill to resolve the issue of waste management. I think we need a model to be created, designed by experts which can then be replicated all over India. Waste is a health hazard spreading disease. Waste also pollutes our land and water bodies. Inefficient waste management affects our tourism industry, giving us a bad reputation and resulting in lost tourism revenue. We need a central ministry for waste management to get hyper focus on the subject. Request urgent intervention at your level.

Respected Honble Prime Minister At present many court cases face long delays with repeated adjournments either cause of Judge not Sitting or Judge is busy ,etc causing hardship to citizens who come all the way from far .In my case though Charge sheet has been filed against the 2 accused in 2023 for cheating , forgery and impersonation last 2 years the case status still shows Summons report awaited . So also have noticed , that few outdated British-era laws are still in force though we have got our Independence and are contradictory to Articles of Indian Constituition 1950, adding to the delay and complexity. Kindly review these issues for timely and effective justice

India’s RTI law is strong on paper but response times, proactive disclosures, and machine-readable proactive publication are inconsistent. My suggestion is as follows -> Mandate proactive monthly publication of common RTI request categories in machine-readable form and deploy a public RTI tracker that shows status, average resolution time, and backlog for every department.
