Namaskaram PM Guruji TN is moving a Resolution for Separation. We notice Govnr Sitting on Resolution SC directs the Resolution as law by its Judgement. We have a fear the next plan would be by this route. Does our Constitution has any guidance if a state asks for separation on Financial Data submission how existing treasury loan will be settled. Already NEP non implemented share held. It is vast subject. How pending cases of SC will be resolved. Many points. Without this if SC approves for Governor or President sits it in bill passes judgement. May. we have a fear. Soft approach should not land people in difficulties of living with food and income.
