The young talented Doctors after rigorous study qualify exam for admission in Post Graduate courses like MS or MD and take admission for getting specialised education. Sir these Junior Resident Doctors were treated like slaves . They had to work 24/7 without proper rest and food. Several doctors are suffering with mental issues due to extreme toxicity in their hospitals. The NMC has not given any proper working hours guidelines for these PG students.
