Honorable PM ji
We are closeley observing the reforms in the medical profession sir.said reason is skyrocketing of cost of medical care in india but actual reasons for rise of cost are
1)medicine is still come under consumer act with Supreme court judgment in 1990s
2)average GST on medicine and products @18%
3)value of import of medical devices in india annually more than 70000 crores
4)government spending on health is less than 2% of GDP Even today
5)annual allowable price rise of medicines under price control are more than 10%(as per WPI)
6)Avarage cost of 50% Of mbbs seats in india more than 40 lacks
7)rise of medical care cost by more than 25% due to intermediaries in some states
8)GST on pvt health insurance at 18%
9)employer of 90% of doctors in india is pvt sector even today
10)doubling time of medical knowledge is less than 1 year now.it is at 50 years during 1950s
Doctors dont have control over above things

India being world's most populous country number of required jobs is also gradually increasing.
Unemployment is a disease for developing country and it needs a different type of approach to get it cured. Jobs are most needed perspective to be achieved for the youth to make India a developed nation.
So I am sharing a theory/suggestion/idea that what effect it causes if we adapt a 5 day work week schedule instead of 6 days work week schedule and how we can make 14% more employment available by adapting a 5 days work week schedule.
Sharing the video below 👇

I hope this will be helpful in achieving SDG 8 , an India with higher HDI.

Hon'ble PM should speak about the public safety at public places e.g. at Hospitals, Cinema Halls, Major construction sites, Big Govt/Private buildings, Multi-story hotels etc. The basic infrastructure is often neglected to be built OR renewed, such as Fire Sprinklers/Extinguishers/Exits etc. When some mishap takes place the casualty rate is high. There are agencies like Fire and emergency response teams who feel the strain (to some extent because of their indifference towards the mandate for basic infrastructure). We all know that there are many illegal cost cutting measures they are undertaken by the enterprises but for SAFETY infrastructure there should be no compromise.
Maybe in future episodes he should also advocate ROAD safety, basic do's and don'ts such as bringing Overloaded / Unfit/Hazardous goods carrying heavy vehicles on roads, especially on Major Highways (highway patrol should stop these vehicles from entering the road network, especially at GHATS and tricky terrain).

Shri Modiji should talk about employers accepting those people not just from top universities (with rote based and outdated thinking curriculum) but those with the right skills, experience and heart (righteousness/dharma).
In some countries, university rankings are not given preference when selecting people for jobs. In India, lives are made on the university one gets in to. These universities require a lot of hard work, but follow a certain thinking pattern which is not universal and not completely helpful after university. Things like financial, health and emotional issues as well as a large amount of luck can impact one's entry to top universities. Things like financial, health and emotional issues as well as a large amount of luck can impact one's entry to a top university. Also, those at the top may be egoistic. Hence a change in Indian culture, to meet the best parts of Western culture is needed.
