- “NOW” is the time to use the power of the media for spreading the 9 years of good work and motivate and enthuse the people through widespread audio-visuals, instagrams, facebook, twitters, and occasional talks and interactions with people, etc If time permits, on a purely voluntary basis the distinguished and honorable Governors may like to take part in boosting the morale of the people in the State touching their hearts by highlighting the various steps/schemes undertaken by the Centre in developing the State through the electronic media which will surely make the people of the State appreciate, remember and cherish for a long time. After the Nine years of Navrang colours of Development, Progress and Prosperity, NOW a little push is needed to get into the year 2024, with new opportunities, new challenges where the people are eager to see you back in office with bright sunshine awaiting to welcome you, Sir. We are all eagerly ready to learn the new lessons in life, in this golden era of our lives. India is on the threshold of becoming the “Intellectual capital of the world” by its advancement in the power of knowledge, intelligence and wisdom to be strong “Developed Country”, global leader with its 1.4billion brains and 2.8billion hands to work with pleasure to build our ‘Dream India’ by the magic of Trust, Development and sure Success. - to address and channelize the people’s energies to counter the “Fake News” spreading (as a “Fashion” from the “herd” behaviour is very dangerous) may be channelized to widely spread the 9 Years of achievements for people to be aware, appreciate and participate .

Pranam PM sir, I Rohit Raj a resident of Lucknow, age 23 years, born on 11 October 1999 in Mau district of Uttar Pradesh. This date had a coincidence that 3 personalities are also born, these are Bachhan saabs, Jay Prakash Narayan and Nanaji Deshmukh. I had gone through a heart surgery at the age of 1.5 years. I was on ventilator & discharged with wheel chair. Recently, I came back fom ICU. My father was a school topper but is serving as government official since 30 years. My maternal grandfather of ADM of Patna. My dream of studying in Harvard Business School had came to an end. So, to cope up with this pain, I have designed GRAHAK ID to secure personal information of consumers while purchasing any product or service. This is same as ADHAR but approach is different. GRAHAK SANKHYA will be addition of Vehicle's 4 digit number and Adhaar's last four digit number.
